Once work was scheduled, issues that I wished to have addressed were not addressed in the work that was done. Work that was promised was not completed with some being credited back. However, other work that I wanted to be done I was told would be at additional charge after they were done. Be very careful to get everything in writing clearly and have them walk thru what work they will perform. I had an energy audit done at my old home with another company and never ran into any of the issues I did this time.
