Our house is 38 years old, and like most 38-year-old homes, some things were in better condition than others. From there, it was going through the inspections and getting the things the buyer needed repaired before we could close. While I hope Cindy never has to deal with a buyer as challenging as ours, she was 100% let's get this done.
