From there, it was going through the inspections and getting the things the buyer needed repaired before we could close. While I hope Cindy never has to deal with a buyer as challenging as ours, she was 100% let's get this done. She has the contacts to get plumbers, electricians, sheet rockers, flooring and carpentry in on short notice and at great rates. Cindy went far beyond what I expected our agent to do to get through all the documentation, inspections, and repairs.
