Touching the walls chips the paint off. There was ZERO insulation in the attic. There was no caulking around the tub so it leaked into my kitchen. They didn't connect the stovetop correctly so there was a gas leak to welcome me when I moved in. It looks pretty at first, and the staff is friendly while you're about to give them cash, but even the contractors I've hired to help are appalled at how poorly this place was built.
