Not organized, no respect and always after your money. Chased over a month to extend a lease and till the very last day of the month I didn't know if it was a possibility. When I moved out of the property Michael stated during the inspection that we left the place in a better state then it was in when we moved in. Yet randomly decided to charge an extra 50$ for cleaning where no cleaning was necessary. Stay away from this business it's run by a hole bunch of clowns. Do yourself a favour and keep searching for another property management!
