The photo session took about an hour and a half, and she was great with our 9 month old daughter! In 90 minutes, we had several outfit changes and diaper changes, and still wound up with a great selection of excellent photos to choose from. After the photo session, Kim called us a few weeks later to let us know that the photos were ready to view. We met her at her house, and she projected the photos on the wall so that we could see them nice and big, the size that we would be ordering. She had coffee, tea, and snacks for us, and set the photos to a slideshow for us to enjoy. We were stressed out about having to choose only a few photos from such a great selection, but she helped us through the selection process and we were able to decide on a great grouping of pictures to order. We are currently waiting for our photos to be delivered. Will update review when we receive our final product. We had a small,…read moreintimate ceremony with our closest family and friends in the Spring Valley Nature Park in Schaumburg, IL. Conrad was our photographer and he knocked it out of the park! For months before the wedding, their whole team was professional and quick with responding to any questions I had. They were transparent and well-organized. We had two phone meetings to meet with Conrad before the big day. Even before the wedding, Conrad was so sweet and eager to shoot our Medieval wedding. His own excitement made me look forward to the wedding even more, since he genuinely wanted to be apart of it. He is so talented! And he went above and beyond on the day of by not only getting photos at the ceremony cabin, but ALSO traveled with us to Medieval Times (even waiting in line with us while we checked-in) so we could get interior photos. When an illness came up, they were easily able to shift their coverage to make sure we still had two photographers and a videographer for the full time, which was a huge relief. Conrad, Ashley, and Jackson covered our wedding, while Liz did our engagement photos, and everyone was so lovely to work with. They were all so kind to us and did everything they could to make us feel comfortable throughout the day, which made everyone feel more at ease, even those of our party that were a little camera shy.
