He did a nice job making our girls feel comfortable and wasted no time starting to shoot. Robb's easy going personality and fun spirit kept things light and enjoyable the entire time. He also did a wonderful job making both girls feel like little models by positively encouraging them when they were posing well and smiling. The studio itself is warm, clean, and inviting and has plenty of space with multiple backgrounds and props. We felt right at home. Getting the proofs from Robb took no time at all. In fact, it took us much longer to choose which shots to purchase because there were many possibilities! Thanks to Robb for the great service. From the time he received the photo in horrible shape (the cracks had been held together with duct tape), Andy was confident that he had everything under control as we held our breath. He was great in communicating with us and taking our ideas about what we wanted done.
