I had a scheduled appointment canceled after I arrived because lab work had not been done--lab work that was never ordered or communicated to me in advance. Between January 20-23, I called the office repeatedly trying to obtain a doctor's note to return to work and guidance on emergency injection protocols. I was placed on hold, disconnected, or unable to get help multiple times. I have call logs documenting these attempts. For patients with adrenal insufficiency, timely communication is not optional--it is a safety issue. The lack of responsiveness and administrative coordination was deeply concerning. I hope this office reviews its processes, because patients with complex endocrine conditions deserve far better.

My son had to do blood work at Valley childrens Hospital. His appt was set for Dec 12th. They called me from Valley Children to let me know they haven't received paperwork from Dr. ching office. and asked if I could have it sent over. I called the front office, and they told me they would take care of it. 2 days before his appt valley children called me again saying they would have to reschedule because they still haven't received paperwork. and move the appt to the next available Feb 9th. I called Dr. ching office and told them. The secretary said they would make sure the paperwork is sent over. towards the end of January Valley children called me, saying there was still no paperwork. I called Dr Ching office and asked if they can send it over the secretary, said they did. I told her to cc me in the email so I could have verification. Finally, it was sent over! Come feb 9th we did all the blood work and the nurse at valley childrens said that Dr. Ching office should call me within a week to make an appt for results. 1 week passed, and 2 weeks passed, so I called and asked for an appt. The next available was March 28. March 26, i received a recorded voicemail reminding me about the appt. Come March 28, we show up office is locked. The secretary opens for us and asks how she can help us i said we have a appt, she said no, no one has an appt today, and all appointments were rescheduled. I said I got the reminder voice message. she said they tried calling several times. I pulled out my phone and asked when they called because I never received a message saying his appointment needs to be rescheduled. needless to say, I had to get another appointment. hopefully it goes well but I'm not too happy with those offices thus far.

We too were scheduled for our thaw and fert when we got the call that the doctor would be on leave. No problem. Things happen. But clearly the office is in some form of chaos with no ability to communicate clearly, help with any processes necessary to change clinics and it even took them 3 months before they figured out their facility didn't even have our eggs. It's a mess. Maybe they'll get it back on track, but it almost feels like there is a big secret being protected and along the way, you'll be the one to wait and sacrifice. I get better service and attention at my local Starbucks, and that's only a cup of coffee at stake.
