Extremely impressed with entire experience. Michelle is very professional, but also very kind and considerate. She explains everything ahead of time, is very reassuring as to what you will experience (particularly NO PAIN and she was right). Other treatments have left me crying from pain and/or anxiety from hearing AND feeling the "scratching"..but she really took me seriously when I told her of my LOW TOLERANCE for pain. I felt nothing! First let me start out by saying how professional, on time, and sweet Michelle was. I did a makeup trial for my wedding and everything turned out so beautifully. Every step of the way she made sure I liked it and it was what I wanted for the big day. If I can do it...anyone can! I have a very low pain tolerance. I made an appointment with Michelle and cancelled because I was so nervous about what I was about to do to my face and afraid of the pain. I made another appointment and thank God Michelle had to cancel this time because my anxiety was building up again and I would have probably cancelled again. I made my third appointment and all day long I was contemplating cancelling again because I was so nervous and afraid! Michelle was so patient with me and explained on the phone that I should just come in and she would go over step by step and draw them out and if I changed my mind at that time it was ok. She reassured me I would be fine and love my new brows. The entire process Michelle explained every single step she was doing and let me know what a great job I was doing and how much I was going to love my new brows. I was SO nervous to have someone microblade my eyebrows. Do you blame me? I went through quite a few Instagram accounts and asked around with colleagues and acquaintances. After interacting with a few other brow artists I finally came across Michelle. From our first interaction, she was immediately different from the others. Michelle is as kind and welcoming as it gets. She has always treated me like a friend, not just another client. She is extremely thorough from beginning to end. She responds to any and every question and during your session, she takes her time to ensure you are comfortable and happy. You are never unsure as to what is happening. She provides you all the information you need to have your eyebrows heal correctly. When mine were healing I sent her a picture and voiced a small concern and she immediately responded and at my touch up she addressed my concern and made sure I was 100% happy. It's hard to find people in this industry with the personality and skill that Michelle has but I will gladly vouch fir her. I love my brows and I'm so happy I went through with it. Michelle was a true professional from start to finish. Her studio is very inviting, clean, her instruments are sterile, her license displayed, and took a lot time to map out where my brows should be. Throughout the process she had me sit up frequently to make sure things were progressing properly, as your face changes laying down and begins to swell a bit during the procedure. Pain was minimal, the first pass was slightly uncomfortable but she kept reapplying the numbing gel and then I felt nothing. She prepped a home care kit of cleanser and moisturizer to do 2 times a day for 10 days. My brows were healed in 1 week, all the scans had fallen off by then. I couldn't be more thrilled with Michelle's natural artistry on my brows. If you're nervous about who to choose to do your procedure, look no further. Michelle is the best! read more
