I got a French tip using OPI Funny Bunny, and the results were very poor. The gel polish is uneven and lumpy, the white tips are inconsistent in size, and the overall shape of my nails is sloppy. It honestly looks rushed and unprofessional. My mom also had a disappointing experience. She asked for black nails with a gold design and showed a reference photo. The technician said she could do it, but the final result looked nothing like the picture. During the service, it was clear she wasn't confident with designs, as she kept asking the technician next to her for help. This is really directed to the owners, Nia and Dan, who seem to do great work and are often booked out. Unfortunately, this experience was not a good representation of your business. I wouldn't return and wouldn't recommend this salon unless you're specifically booking with Nia or Dan.

There's this man who has been at the shop the last two times I visited. I can't quite put my finger on it, but he has a strange way about him. He keeps disappearing into that one room, and as far as I know, they don't do any services in that room. Honestly, it makes me feel quite nervous, and I heard some of the other woman whispering that they think he lives there. I've never seen him sitting in a chair getting any work done on himself. It's a space with so many children and women around. If he is indeed staying there, it simply is not right. My nerves are quite frayed over it, to tell you the truth. And once, I went into the washroom after he had been in there, and the state of it! It looked like he had a "bird bath" in it. It made me feel so uncomfortable. He truly puts me in a tizzy!

I noticed that my first few visits with her trying to find the shape/size that works best. She is flexible with her schedule when we are running late and I have accommodated flexibilities as well. I know I have been late to appointments. When she has a cancellation or finishes earlier than expected, she will let the next client know in case we can come earlier. It's a give and take that has worked out very well for me. If you're looking for a lash tech/artist in the Murrieta area, I highly recommend Amanda! Her price is very reasonable!! I think it should be higher so I tip in that manner, and she will only raise the prices when product expenses go up. She is located just off of Jefferson in a business complex. As you enter the salon, you're greeted with refreshments and chairs while you wait on your appointment to start. The salon is clean and well maintained and the girls are just pleasant to be around. Other beauty services are offered in the salon as well. Private parking lot shared by the business complex and street-side parking is available. I drove 4 hours to get my eyebrows done, for him to just…read moreturn me away for arriving 10 minutes late due to MULTIPLE accidents happening on the freeway. He blamed me for not "planning". My initial confirmed appointment time was at 5PM. I live 100 miles away and Google estimated it taking 2.5 hours. I was able to leave work early for the day of my appointment, so the day before, I asked if I could move my time to 4PM so we could finish earlier. He said yes. The day of my appointment I left my house at 1PM. I texted him at 1:30PM after I got onto the freeway and Google updated my time of arrival to 4:54PM (basically 5PM) due to gridlock traffic, he gave no response. After 4 hours of battling traffic, I was stuck behind more slow traffic on the two lane highway that leads to his location in Hemet, the new ETA was 10 minutes after my appointment time. I texted him at 4:50PM letting him know that I would get there in 20 minutes (5:10PM). He suddenly bombarded me texts saying that I should've rescheduled if I knew that I couldn't make it, and that he had been waiting since 3:30PM. I was in traffic when he texted this, so I called him immediately because I'm like 10 minutes away at this point and just drove 4 hours. He ignored all 4 of my calls. I finally get there at 5:09PM and call again, he finally picks up. He meets me outside and leads me to his salon. He starts berating me and saying that he cant do my eyebrows, I should have planned better and other clients come from LA and are on time. I explained that there were multiple accidents and Google changed the time of arrival while I was already driving. I told him that my original appointment was at 5PM anyway, I only changed to 4PM because I was able to get off work early. HOw can I plan for multiple accidents after leaving 3 hours early already for the (4pm appt), without the accidents I would have been there at 3:30PM. So he calms down after I explain all of this, and he acts like he will do my eyebrows. He keeps throwing sassy comments like, "oh I see you had time for makeup". Even though I put on makeup at 6AM for work... Then, after I explain what I want for my eyebrows he says, "Oh, I'm not sure if this will work for you, a pencil will give you the bold look that you like, the tattoo will fade away" Basically making it seem like his services are a waste of time and money ($800). Even though I sent him photos of my bare eyebrows and what I liked a month before and he said that he could achieve that permanently with only a color enhancement in a few years. Then he draws on a template eyebrow and I said that I liked it and lets do it, and he says, " you can draw on your own eyebrow and I can just tattoo it on, I've never drawn an eyebrow like that in my life"... It was a basic eyebrow. Then he says, yeah unfortunately I wont be able to accommodate you today, you can reschedule. Why would I reschedule and risk this happening again, its not like I can predict accidents. And that was that, Wasted half of my day driving for nothing.
