"Dr." Gurvits treated me as if I was scum of the earth when I went in there because I felt sick, just aches, headaches, very weak and chills with sweats. He responded with " my staff already told you we were not seeing anyone in office for COVID tests, and I said I don't need a COVID test, I may have the flu or a cold and need to be seen. He would not have a real conversation with me to talk about what I really did that was wrong. If you are a doctor, treat your patients. Not everything is COVID. He treated me as if I just made his whole staff and family sick. Yet, he was the one who walked in the room with no mask on. I am sorry but, urgent care is where you go to be seen in a timely manner and get some meds and be off and on your way. The amount of disrespect and unprofessionalism this guy has is astounding to me, an absolute clown. Run away and don't let his office get any of your money or your insurance's money, he's not worth the pain, headache or time of day. When I showed myself and my daughter out, I stopped by reception to let her know my thoughts and concerns about this whole interaction and she shrugged it off like she didn't know and told me she didn't know what was going on. Even though when I checked in I told her I was having these symptoms and that I was exposed to someone who had COVID and had 3 negative results. It's sad to see people treated this way and I feel bad for anyone else who has an experience at this so called "urgent care clinic." I wasn't seen until about 3:55 pm. The nurse removed my cherry angioma, and I also asked about removing two small blemishes. I was told it would be about $25 each, but when I went to pay, I was charged $50 per removal. Being quoted one price and charged another is frustrating and unfair. I was given very minimal aftercare instructions and no written guidance. On top of that, the front desk staff seemed uninformed, often placing calls on long holds and unable to answer basic questions. I was told a manager would follow up regarding the overcharge, but I have yet to hear back. Overall, the pricing was unclear, communication was poor, and the service felt disorganized. I would not return and would recommend looking elsewhere.
