Well... I never leave reviews but in this case it might help someone else. I booked my appointment with Rosario 3 months in advance because she gets booked quickly and after saving money I was ready for this!...Boy do I regret making my appointment. The day of my appointment of coarse I was nervous but she made feel comfortable super nice the ambience is great can't complain about that. I told her that I wanted combo brows not to thick. Just as natural as my eyebrows. She said "great"...it's about two hours not as painful as I thought. When Shes done I look in the mirror and I see them super dark and of coarse she was like "trust the process"..:when I get home I look at my face and OMG my eyebrows were horrible!!...I went in a panic mode. I did text her back and she did accommodate me in the second day. So went back So she can fix them it was a 30 min session. I look in the mirror and they seem fine...once the swelling went down that's when I notice my shitty eyebrows. I was embarrassed not only that but people asking me about how ugly my eyebrows are. My anxiety was through the roof. I did send her another text with a picture of my botched eyebrows and she again accommodated me. Again this time hoping my eyebrows were going to be corrected. She did the touch up I told her I wanted microblading and no more shading, so she did that. Once she was done I look in the mirror and everything seemed fine..,a few days later when the swelling went down again my shitty uneven eyebrows. What I realized is that she does not measure or map the eyebrows it's just freestyle. And that's a fucked up shit!..,I wish I can get my money back since now I have to invest money in getting them removed. My eyebrows still look the same like the picture.
