Rosario is, by far, without question, the BEST microblading artist and is well worth the price and two hour drive it takes me to get to the shop! I alternate between regular microblading and the combo (microblading with shading) depending on my color retention throughout the year. My most recent appointment I requested the combo treatment (microblading with shading) and asked that she go heavier on the shading this time causing a more full appearance. She has far exceeded my expectations - again!! She always is very thorough in making sure she asks plenty of questions so she can clearly understand what my expected outcome is and makes sure the color is exactly what I'm looking for. She also takes her time in carefully shaping out my eyebrow before she begins so I can make sure the shape is on point. Everything she does ensures a nature and conservative look unless you specifically request a more bold look. Rosario also provides details on how to care for your new brows, things to look out for, day-to-day healing expectations and a brow care kit you need to use for the healing process. I'm sure I could go to a much closer artist that charges less, but let's be honest....would you want risk it for a less that perfect experience? I wouldn't! I mean, these brows are on your face permanently!! You get what you pay for and Rosario is worth every penny! read more

I am completely obsessed with my brows! Rosario made me feel so comfortable. She took her time creating my shape and addressing all the slight changes I wanted to make with them. There was zero sense of urgency or hurry. I felt so relaxed and at ease with her process. The space is immaculate and clean. Her work is undeniable. I've followed her for years wanting to get my brows done and my only regret is not getting in her chair sooner. I had zero swelling, minimal discomfort during the process, no irritation and zero pain. My brows are healing beautifully with her home care kit (included), and I cannot tell you how many compliments I've gotten since my appointment. I am completely obsessed with my brows. Rosario is beyond talented and I can't say enough positive things about her. She definitely went above and beyond for me. She is the sweetest soul and her talent for brows is insane. I have always drawn my eyebrows on. I couldn't be happier! I have had very thin and misshapen eyebrows my whole life. I was so tired of slapping on makeup to go to the beach or camping. I am an outdoors girl and just wanted to feel comfortable without makeup. I was really nervous but excited to see what Rosario could do. I am beyond happy!!!! Went and got my eyebrows micro-bladed and the minute I entered the shop I was welcomed with a big friendly smile. When I met Rosario she was so nice and made me feel comfortable she had me laughing and talking and kept my mind off what was going on. When I was looking to have my eyebrows micro-bladed, I did a lot of research. How scary would it be to mess up your face??? Her work compared to no other and I absolutely loved every before and after she posted. When I went in, she only beat my expectations. If the style I wanted wasn't something the salon offered, that would have been understandable, but the way it was communicated left me uncomfortable and uncertain about what my options were moving forward. To add to the confusion, I was informed that I would need to pay full price to have my lashes corrected, even though they had been done less than a week earlier. At the same time, my membership payment was scheduled to be charged the following day. I debated on leaving this review, but after careful consideration and not even an apology (I didn't ask for a refund so that was the least that could have been done) I decided to leave this review and cancel my next appt with her. So please go at your own risk....the artist was nice and very professional so I trusted her technique. When I messaged her and sent her pictures she said she didn't touch the tail end of my brows and explained that this was due to a brow trim? I didn't know a trim removed hair ? well you can be the judge of that. First picture the left was after I left and the right was before going, second picture is when I left her place the first time, compared to this visit on the right. If a client sends a message right after a service with concerns, then it's in good nature as a business owner to at least apologize because obviously the client isn't happy, when you reply with a defense response AFTER sending pictures that's in very poor taste in my opinion. Thankfully brows do grow and makeup has done wonders but I paid to get a tint and wax to a avoid having to do this and save time in the mornings before work, needless to say that did not happen because I am having to work on them every morning until they grow out.
