This location is much larger than the one in Birmingham. As far as hair goes, it can be very hit or miss. I've had amazing blowout that have lasted days and I've had other blowout that it doesn't even look like I did anything to my hair. The customer service has always been absolutely amazing and the shop manager has always try to make everything right. If you are here for a photo shoot for an important event, I would recommend requesting a senior stylist. Overall, I'm fairly happy with another Drybar location in the area! The managers at both Drybar locations and the district manager have always been amazing.

She had it timed perfectly so I never felt like I was waiting for her to finish something with the other person. I felt like she was very attentive to my comfort, checking on me to move foil around and out of my face. She is very easy to talk to, but also is comfortable with silence. I didn't feel like I had to keep chatting unless I wanted to. I really appreciated this quality as some stylists just make me feel exhausted when I leave from all the talking. She uses high quality products and her salon has a clean and modern design. I was actually comfortable at the sink when she washed my hair. Pretty much every salon sink I have ever used has given me a sore neck. I was and still am very happy with my hair. I seriously felt amazing when I walked out with the styling she did.
