This location is much larger than the one in Birmingham. As far as hair goes, it can be very hit or miss. I've had amazing blowout that have lasted days and I've had other blowout that it doesn't even look like I did anything to my hair. The customer service has always been absolutely amazing and the shop manager has always try to make everything right. If you are here for a photo shoot for an important event, I would recommend requesting a senior stylist. Overall, I'm fairly happy with another Drybar location in the area! The managers at both Drybar locations and the district manager have always been amazing.

You were combative about giving me a refund and wanted to do a call. I wanted your promise of a refund on text as this whole thing was a mess. Those were the only calls missed, in the middle of our text conversation. I hope you can take accountability for yourself and your business as this was a terrible experience!
