My review is for a Family Medicine & Primary Care Practice located at 51221 Schoenherr Rd., Suite 201 in Shelby Township, MI. 48315. My records at this medical practice are from visits in December 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021 with health check ups or health issues. This Family Medicine provides a wide range of Primary services plus Video Visits, COVID-19 testing, blood work, weight management. I am also a member of "My Chart" with Henry Ford which is wonderful to access on line with Non - Urgent visits, or prescription refills in which I can email my doctor and she will reply back within 24 hours in a text chat message system. My Chart also keeps a record of my visits, test results, doctor reports, billing, and appointments. "My Chart" will also send Me reminders to schedule my yearly Mammogram and Bone Density Tests two months prior from the previous year. My Doctor is Kristen E.
