We worked with them to add a couple of very simple features and the sandbox account they allowed us to preview and review looked fine. When we "approved" and they pushed the updates to our production account it was completely different. They also did not provide any supporting documentation on the updates they provided so we could fix on our own. We are a small company that was looking for a partner to provide updates and suggestions. Not only did they fail to provide that simple ask, they also didn't have the decency and due diligence to check their own work. They now left us with a website that looked and performed well before - worse with no tools to fix on our own. They sell you on being a "UI/UX" expert but they don't even check their own work. I don't know how they can sign off on the work they did for us and be proud of it. They assured us that they do not have any "junior developers" on their staff and that they only, "hire the best" - that's a ridiculous statement how about just have someone...just someone that double checks their work....
