I needed to fax some medical paperwork and it needed to get to office by Monday morning. I went in on Sunday afternoon and an employee named Renee was a great help. She did the fax and did some troubleshooting and got the fax on its way. I was very worried to begin with but Renee was very calm and even wished us well in the important appointment. I have worked with this store many times since I work on Main Street. Every day is like their first day on the job. If you email them they don't see it. You have to call and tell them to find your email. Then they will commit to a completion time and not meet it. When you walk into the store no one greets you, you have to wait for them to be done with what the are doing for them to walk up and acknowledge you. Even if you are the only customer there. They misprint all the time and have to redo orders. read more

Convenient location with their own parking lot. The store is large and bright on the inside with plenty of room to roam around and find what you need. Packaging material and some office supplies are offered, but the stock was low. The employees seemed to hustle and provide good service to the customers, especially William, who went the extra mile to laminate some ID cards for us. How does this place get such a bad rap?! The employee that took care of me, Sylvia, was amazing! She was super friendly and quick at getting me my package that was delivered here. We even chatted for a good 5 minutes. This location is huge and they are open 7 days a week- yes even on Sundays. Everything you could even need to take care of all your packaging, printing and shipping. It was definitely a 5 star experience for me. It is not often that I have to ship something using FedEx; it is about one to two times a year that I have to use FedEx's service. This one in Rochester is not the one that I usually go to. But I only came to this one because I was in the area at the time. This FedEx Office was huge! I was really shocked at how incredibly large the store was in comparison to the one I usually go to. It was super clean and tidy. The customer service here was fantastic. The customer service representative was professional and well spoken. She was on top of her game. Large location with plenty of services and staff have been helpful and friendly. I have no complaints.

I come here from time to time to do stuff that I can't seem to get done at home. It's mostly specialty printing projects, weather it's a few copies of my resume or a printout on specialty paper. I like it here for a few reasons. For starters, the hours are amazing. They open early and close real late. Parking is decent and I never have a problem. They have their own parking lot with FREE parking, and I can walk right in. I'm greeted and helped usually with in the first minute or two, which makes it easier. Secondly, I can email them whatever projects I need, allowing me to do most of what I need to do at home. I usually roll in within the hour of me sending it by email, so all I have to do is give my name when I arrive. They also have color copy machines here which I LOVE, because I do use them from time to time. Granted, they aren't the cheapest in town, but definitely the most convenient and available. I've never had a problem here, and willl continue to visit them in the future. read more

For a long time, I would dread this FedEx Office because the employees were just flat out unprofessional. I've often wondered why some people get into the service industry when clearly, they should stay home and keep their horrible attitudes locked in a basement. Again, it's been a while since I've been in this location and clearly, there's a new sheriff in town because Eric, the store manager knows how to run a business. I have never sent anything using an account through fedex before and so I was a little confused about what to do. The lady that helped me was not clear at all and she was being rude when I was getting confused. I could barely hear what she was saying and when I had to confirm the information, I realized some of it was incorrect. I asked her nicely to change it and she just rolled her eyes. If she had just been a little more clear the first time or explained things to me when I seemed confused, my experience would have been a lot better. read more

I use FedEx a lot for my business and a far as costumer service it has approved a lot, since there is a new manager. Some of the employees are gone and they have whole new group I wanted to complain before but I was always afraid they would throw out my packages. Terrible customer service - avoid. They told me they didn't follow their courtesy call process today since that is only optional and they didn't care. Which resulted in me spending 45 minutes on the phone with FedEx Customer service, driving a 50 minute round trip to a different location and waiting 25 minutes at the other location. Sent an envelope weighing a third of a pound on Tuesday. From Rochester hills to royal oak. Cost of almost $10. Arrived in oak park at midnight on Tuesday. Wednesday scanned in at 9:33 am in oak park and out for delivery by end of day. No package. Thursday out for delivery by end of day. It's 4:00 and no package. Fed ex says there have been no delivery scans. Bottom line is if someone doesn't do their job the package sits somewhere. I got ripped off for $10 to basically mail an envelope because I didn't want to use the postal service. My personal information is floating around somewhere at fedex and nobody knows where it is. Shouldn't take 3 plus days to get an envelope less than 15 miles. And people wonder why there is so much identity theft. Thanks for nothing fedex. Customers beware!!! read more

Great center but Christian music playing when you walk in? What if you find that offensive? As someone who actually does the things that Christ actually did - rather than say something is a process - code for giving people a hard time because you have power. I find that the people working there are top notch but the fact that Christian music is playing honestly annoyed me. Especially when you are trying to get things done. I rather have an actual person who does what Christ did rather than be part of a gang of people who do not do ANYTHING like Christ. read more

Terrible customer service experience with Katherine. I picked up a photo enlargement that was dropped off the day prior. When I got to the office, the employee goes to the register furthest away from me so I had to walk closer to her. Then she tried to overcharge me for 1 enlargement when I was told a lower price the day before. She claims the prices went up overnight! Seriously, really!! So I walk in. Lady at the front desk walks past me twice without asking if I needed help. Long 10 minutes pass. Still no one is helping. Finally she decides to do me a favor and say hello. She asks what I need. I told her I need to make a copy of my passports. I have 3 passports and I need a copy of every single page. She tells to to use the self service. I told her yes, I know there is set service but I would like to PAY to get this service done for me. She rambles on about how I should do this myself. That there are privacy issues with passports and started giving me million and on excuses about why she can't make these copies for me. I told her for the third time now that I'm not Interested in the self services option and that I need someone to do this for me as I am busy and don't have time to do this myself. She said that she has a lot of projects now and that she simply can't do it... I insisted that she get he manager ... Of course ... She told me she was the manager .... I asked her to at leas give me an estimate on how much this would cost she said around 180 dollars !!! 180 dollars to print a couple of pages. It could take up to an hour yes but I don't know anyone that gets paid 180 dollars an hour for normal labor. 180 dollars !! I don't know if that's the real Price or the price she told me to drive me out of there. Either way my company his paying for this and I don't know why FedEx would employ anyone that's driving our their business... Although I live a few feet from their FedEx branch ... I have never reviewed any business on Yelp but the rudeness, nastiness, and passive aggressive behavior of the female employee who was working 7-6-13 and 7-7-13 prompted me to write a review. On 7-6-13, I attempted to make large copies but i left the business because I was treated with irritation and distain by the female employee when I asked for assistance. I noticed that she was treating other customers with contempt too. I thought I would give the business a second try on 7-7-13 because I needed my large copies but unfortunately the same female employee was there. Again, I asked for assistance with the large copier and the female employee rudely and with barely veiled anger told me to figure it out and she walked away. I left the store without my copies along with the only other customer at the business who stated that she experienced the same rude and nasty behavior from this employee. She did not achieve what she had come to the business for either. I went to another FedEx Office business and obtained my copies and was provided polite assistance that I needed. If I could give this business a 0 rating, it would be more accurate. read more

The Staff at this office was exceptionally considerate to us. Our experience began with a mishap. We had two design portfolios printed at our request for a total price of just under $300. We were not happy with the finished product and we expressed our concerns. We could not immediately identify the root of the problem, whether it was the color distribution from the printers in this office, or whether it was something wrong with the original files we submitted to this office. Either way, it didn't matter; FedEx employees explained that they were here to make us happy and they worked with us for hours to fix the problem. We experimented with different prints until we 'got it right'. Then they reprinted the 2 portfolios that day free of charge.
