Mixed feelings about this place. The initial impression was not good. The website is down and there…read moreis mixed information on other websites. It seemed to be advertised as a family practice but then when I called I find out it is walk in only. If I had known that I would have showed up right when they opened. I tried calling at 9, at the time they supposedly open, and for ten minutes it still went immediately to the answering service because they had not turned the phones on. I kept calling until someone finally answered because I needed to get in that morning. So I go to the clinic and luckily the only person before me was already leaving. I go to sign in and the woman at the counter doesn't even look at me. This is the same rude woman who answered the phone in a very curt tone. The mousy looking lady at the desk with the dark hair seriously needs to be in a new field because her customer service skills are nonexistent. They could also be more discreet in the way they collect lab samples. Not great compared to other places. Prices start at $95 for a visit. The good part is I was in and out pretty quick. The Dr. was polite but definitely no warm fuzzy vibes given off. Like I would never go there for primary care. He did listen to what I needed and gave me the medication I know works for me. The medical assistant was very friendly. It was sufficient seeing as I already knew what was wrong and exactly what I needed a script for.

Great for allergic reactions, awful for X-rays! Went in on Saturday for an X-ray and I was told…read morethat I would have an answer by Saturday evening or sometime Sunday because they had to send it off. I called on Sunday for the results and I was told that the place they send X-rays to was closed on Sundays, that they would know something by Monday. On Monday when I called they said they hadn't sent it over to the place to have it read, but would and they would know something by the end of the day. I called back at the end of the day and they still didn't have the results. They did give me the number to the place they send the X-rays to so I called them and left a message. The man quickly called me back and said he didn't have my X-rays, but he did list off all the last names of the ones sent over by Xpress and other urgent cares who use their services. He asked me if I could take a photo of my X-rays and text them to him while we were on the phone and he'd read them. Since I don't have access to those X-rays I was unable to! Due to the run around by this place I had no choice but to go to another urgent care, Beaumont Urgent Care, for X-rays!! Beaumont was able to do my x-rays, give me the results and have me out of there within forty minutes!!

Almost guaranteed to be running on time. It's very easy to call and reschedule. I love the patient portal access - it makes looking at lab results and past visits so easy. Dr. Gandhi is so so sweet. It's two days before Christmas and these guys are SLAMMED, but every single employee was so kind and kept their composure which I respect SO MUCH. The wait was 3.5 hours for me, but it was worth it. Still got the chance to speak with an actual doctor, rapid and PCR testing was available. Please just be patient with these workers, they only want to help you and get you seen as soon as they can.
