He came out to mow my lawn and right away I noticed how fast he was going in his tractor, which was concerning. Following the completion of the job, I noticed he had cut the lawn unevenly in several areas. He also didn't move a small table and chairs in my lawn and just mowed around it, leaving the tall grass underneath. I called and texted Nelson several times to voice my concerns and ensure these mistakes weren't made twice. He never returned my texts or phone calls and didn't show up to mow my lawn again. I would definitely not recommend this company. Its true, you get what you pay for.

We let them know that we needed the driveway done and cured before that date so we could use a wheelchair on it . They were here the next day to take out the old concrete and prepare it for the new. These guys really knew their stuff and they worked long and hard and did an absolutely stellar job. Communication with Michigan Rose Construction was great. They were always available to answer questions and we enjoyed interacting with the men who were doing the work. We would hire them again for any construction project without hesitation.

It is now a week later, and he has not called or emailed me. We were going to have Brian build a privacy fence for us this Spring. He only knew how to install stockade fencing,, or a variation of that. We have taken bids from several contractors who will build an attractive fence for us for 1000 dollars less. Beware of this company. They are amateurs. Buyer beware! Note: After I published this honest, albeit negative review, the owner of this company, Brian Maynard, has threatened me. I should add, that there has never been any "civil litigation." However, Brian Maynard has attempted to slander me online. He has persisted in name-calling, and other types of intimidation. I reported Maynard to the Sheriff's department, who phoned Mr. Maynard on my behalf. If he does not cease in this behavior, I will sue him for slander. It should also be noted that the gate that Maynard "built" has fallen apart. The fence, itself, is an eyesore.
