The only issue involved a neighbor questioning why "her" fence was being removed. It was more than a month and they only moved forward with starting the work after I reached out to them multiple times. I called after they weren't responding to email and was told someone would need to call me back. I told the person on the phone I was concerned that they cashed my check and now they weren't responding, suddenly someone was available to talk. They were irritated and told me they were too busy to be answering emails or reaching out to customers to give updates. But the work did get scheduled after that.
