It has taken me a while to write this review because I just can't wrap my head around what…read morehappened. We were told there would be five people from Senet working the sale. In mine and others observations there were two. Both were in the living room. No one was attending the upper level, the lower level or the garage. We had two bedroom sets for sale. My witness told me that the people who bought the dressers were told to just empty the contents on the floor and that's what happened. In the garage, which was packed,nothing was displayed. Paul referred to the items in the garage as " the junk you guys brought over" this was not junk. There was crystal, vintage still in box, holiday decor, and many more items of value in my opinion.Nothing was unwrapped, and there were several broken pieces thrown about the garage along with a lot of garbage, even though there was a garbage can right there. Many items in the garage were new in original packaging, unused. We found several empty boxes with no contents.I personally wrapped all these items myself. I felt there was a total lack of respect for the property and contents of the house. We did not sign up for the clean out but the condition this house was horrendous. I have pictures backing everything up. Paul and Ashley were nice but in my opinion, we were totally misled. It's the opinion of myself and other family members that may be 15 to 20% of items were priced.. I'd say maybe 20% of the contents of this packed try level home were displayed. If I had to do it all over again, I would not hire this company. I also felt like and it's my opinion, hardly any research was done on these items since they were still wrapped, , in drawers. It's been a couple months and still trying to get all the broken glass from the basement that's embedded in the carpeting because of lack of care and supervision. The pool table was not listed on the list of items sold even though it was sold. We had to ask about it and Paul stated he forgot to put it on the list. It just makes wonder how many items were accidentally omitted from the list.

Requested a refund of $160.00 for activation and winterization. They say they care about their customers, I don't think so. Winterization last season was suspect, hopefully when the system is pressurized there are no issues. I suspect getting a refund will be a journey.

Businesses usually get new home records for their marketing efforts, and send out flyers to new homeowners. Their marketing worked, we reached out to get a quote. Ron was excellent - scheduled and got someone out same day. Unfortunately, this is where Don entered. Don isn't sophisticated enough to hide his prejudice or seemingly intelligent enough to deduce when someone has significantly more means than he's able to assess. Don comes out, and asks "who's going to be living here" after assuming that I'm doing work at the place until my mother arrives, which is not only weird, but emblematic of the lack of sophistication or professionalism that was to come. He then says he'll write up a quote, and then send a picture of it. We wait a few hours, and he decides to call and hem and haw around the idea that he doesn't believe that we were in a position to actually pay for the thing we specifically asked to get quoted. "Well it's a lot of money and some people don't want to pay that etc, etc..." To be clear, I can't accurately assess the quality of their ability to do flooring for the sheer audacity, lack of professionalism, and unearned arrogance. 10 out of 10 DO NOT RECOMMEND!

I learned of Wes's company online and decided to call a company that is family owned and operated. So very glad I did. I couldn't have had a better outcome than the job Wes did. I contacted Absolute ProCare, they were able to work with my schedule and do the job at a convenient time for me. Wes, the owner, was prompt, professional, knowledgeable, and effective. He did an awesome job, to say the least. I was to the point I was going to get new carpet in two rooms. An expense I just don't need right now. Wes worked miracles and I can now forget about new carpet. No need for it. I had a hunch that maybe a small company would maybe try a little harder. Wes proved my hunch to be true.
