Watched and heard one of the workers (woman running the garage area) scold an incontinent elderly gentleman that used the first floor restroom because otherwise he was going to wet himself. She not only scolded him in the hallway as he was coming out of the bathroom, she did it again as he was paying for a small box of screws, "DON'T EVER DO THAT AGAIN SIR, THAT WAS RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL!" she loudly said. Treated the poor guy like he was a 4 year old. I definitely wouldn't hire these people. Talk about rude and disrespectful. read more

We would not recommend. Monica started out good, but ended poorly. Communication and accountability of sale needs improvement. We did get our check, but we were left with the balance of goods with no source to complete the job. Left our family in a bind trying to clear before turning over keys to new owner. Missing items, lack of accounting, lack of communication, constant excuses, and inferior/shady business practices are what you will get if you go with LL. Even neighbors who stopped by had negative experiences as SHOPPERS. I will never, ever recommend this company. In fact, the BBB was alerted to LL. read more

Monica Yost conducted a 3 day estate sale for our 95 year old mother. We were not allowed in the home during the sale. We have never received an accounting of the sales nor a dime of the proceeds. She left us scrambling to dispense of the leftover goods, charged us for a dumpster with no way of loading the goods, did not arrange for charity pick ups per her contract, and basically disappeared. Beware, she is a con artist. Very little accurate information on her whereabouts and having trouble being able to serve her for a court case. read more

After dealing with Monica Yost who was the realtor and liquidator hired by a 90+ yo customers to handle the sale of their home and possessions who walked away after getting paid leaving both the seller and buyer to settle issues with an escrow she set up was the most unprofessional behavior I have ever dealt with in 36+ years in business. read more
