This is not the place to take your child during the week. We were the only ones here It was my grandsons first visit, so they didn't really understand how the inflatables work, so they had an un-fun time. All the video items are shut off, so are the overhead lights. Of course, we lid full price. Maybe it is better on the weekends when more children are here. Lastly, we stopped in the bathroom, no toilet paper in the stall, and the floor is wet. Gross! The girl at the counter literally is just standing around. I'd give it zero if possible. Had my sons 2nd bday there. Majority of the machines took coins and didn't work or where just off completely. We were blowing balloons up there and they knew this in advance. We get there for our party and they have no helium. No call to tell us or anything so one of us had to fly to a Party City. Then the prizes are these dusty out dated prizes that kids are supposed to be happy about winning. I'd never recommend this place. read more

I purchased this deal for my daughter's birthday for 5 all day passes on livingsocial.com. I was initially upset with the size of the inflatables. Many of them had signs on them stating that children should not be over five years old, however, this playland was better suited for ages 5-8. My daughter, who just turned 3, was having an awesome time, but her toddler companions were not as impressed. Just before I was going to storm out and write a horrible review, my husband found a little toddler area off to the side with a seating area for the adults. So, overall, everyone had a super cool time and they were exhausted when we left. Just some quick advice: It is super busy during the hours of 3-6. After 6:30, it really died down, and the kids had more choice of things to play on. Also, there isn't much for kids to eat here or at the mall so bring some snacks or a pizza. I highly recommend taking your toddler or child here for a super good time! Btw, the staff here is very nice, courteous, and helpful. Just ask them, and they will try to make it happen as best as possible! read more

Oh boy this place is not good. They have very few bounce houses. The furniture is filthy. There is no sense of safety. No identifiers for kids and parents. Over priced. Video games cost extra and are overpriced at 3 tokens for $1. They only have vending machine food and drinks. Prizes for tickets were a joke. 220 tickets that cost $5 to earn got us 2 fruit roll ups. Upside is you can bring in your own food and drink. Paid $14 for two boys and stayed less than an hour. read more

Poor place for business. I visited this place for my sons 2nd birthday, ordered pizza, and was told that pizza was going to arrive in 20-35 minutes. Still waiting an hour later for pizza, only for the manager to tell me he would comp me tokens, face painting or laser tag for pizza, all which was already included in my birthday package! Very inconsiderate of guests, not realizing or taking ownership of hungry guests due to bad business. read more

Take your child to a park. Even if it's raining, in the middle of a bitter winter, with sleet on the streets, instead of this place, if you really want to get out of the house. This place is a ghetto dave and busters with a few very nasty inflatables thrown in. Looks like somebody bought all the random used old restaurant booths on craigslist, all the picnic tables, and dentist waiting area chairs and threw them in there to call it a party area. Really nasty. They followed the minimum safety requirement for such an operation, and fall real short on quality. This reflects in the quality of their customer base. The gentry frequenting this place doesn't help their case either, ghetto mongrels and trailerpark hunnies. Over all the place is very dingy, very dark, since they turned off all the 'good' lights and installed a single line of fluorescent tubes all around, blaring garbage ghetto tunes from blown PA speakers, antiquated arcade machines that you have to pay for, filth in candy/pop/food dispensers. It is loud, obnoxious and filthy, if your children aren't raised around this environment they will not enjoy themselves very much. Safety? HAH! Just go to a park, kick a ball around, ride bikes, fly kites, but stay outta this place. read more

The place has 4 large bounce houses, 1 small one for toddlers. They are in the back where they have little lighting and it is scary for small children because it was so dark. The rides and games are extra. Would have been ok, but many of the games and rides didn't work. Very confusing at first that rides take quarters, games take tokens....and if you put in the wrong thing into the machines....you lost out, no refund. Prizes for tickets about par for the course. The concession area was not open and only vending machine drinks, candy. There is no safety measures for keeping children from leaving with strangers....no matching bracelets, etc and the entrance is basically open to leave without making sure you are taking your child only. Although my grandson had fun....doubt I will go back. read more

I purchased the birthday party for 10 kids. You get a reserved pod to spread out your own food and decorations. It is a nice way to have a party. They give you room for decorating your own theme. Kids can run around and jump and play and return to pod for food and a break. It was ideal party with combination of running around and sitting down for kids. They could be as active as they want. Singing and celebrating is private because the pods have walls so you do not feel like you are interrupting others. The kids had a blast and the parents were comfortable too. (plenty of seats and space). I would have another party there. You can find their party packages on GROUPON. Which makes it even more reasonable. There are lots of extra goodies for the kids with the party package. Like tokens for the kids to play games and a additional day so the birthday kid can return another day. The staff was friendly and help full...It was a positive experience. read more
