It's family owned so the dad, mom & daughter showed up in their pickup truck and got to work. They are clearly used to working together because they had things set up in a jif. They kept me informed via text when they would be arriving. I asked for lights since it was going to be a night activity and they provided large globe lights that lit up the tent with a great look. Everyone oohed and ahhed when I plugged them in. The tables & chairs were clean and their prices were reasonable. I'd use them again if I need a tent or other items.

I rented a bounce house from Celebrations Party Rental last month for my son's 6th birthday party. They were suppose to be at my house at 10:00am because the party started at 11:00am. At 10:45am when they still were not here I called and the owner answered. He said he would find out where the drivers were. He called me back and said they were on there way. They got to my house at 11:10am (after the party already started). Then about an hour later I called the owner back to tell him something was the matter with the bounce house. The sides kept coming down and we could not keep it inflated. He said to check the hoses to make sure they weren't kinked. Then 20 minutes later I texted him a picture of the deflated bounce house and told him I was having nothing but problems with it. He asked for my address and came out. When he got to my house he told me that it was normal for the sides to come down when the kids were jumping into the sides of the bounce house. I told him that I've never seen a bounce house that did this before not to mention that they were over an hour late delivering it. He threw his hands up in the air and said "what do you want me to do about it". I told him to fix it and he said there was nothing wrong with it and left. He was rude and argumentative in front of 15 kids. I am surprised and disappointed that after speaking with him again to get a full refund that he was still rude, condescending and argumentative. He did agree to refund me 50% but reluctant to even do that. How he thinks I'm not owed a 100% refund in beyond me. I guess at this point he needs the money more than me :(.

It felt very misleading and honestly like a bait-and-switch.
