He called and told us he had 3 different zero turns to choose from. We picked a 2 year old Toro Timecutter Model: 75754 which looked showroom condition. Over 30 years we've had excellent service from Heindl, when the deck was going bad on the Wheelhorse we asked if they would order us one but, told us that if they could find a good used one they would call us which they did. They saved us quite a bit of money. The Toro mowers Heindl sells are NOT the lesser quality mowers sold at big box stores, they're good quality. Big Box stores don't service mowers and don't stock repair parts. The Wheelhorse we had served us well for 41 years and our Timecutter will outlast me, in other words I'll be 6 feet under grass before it wears out.

We ended up venturing over to Klucks Nursery and sat down with Aaron. He asked us what exactly were we looking for. Green bushes, flowers, easy to take care of, etc. After that he brought up a google image of our house and we showed him where we wanted to plant these at. After figuring out how much space we had and roughly how much sun gets to that location he started to plan. He threw out a bunch of different ideas and then showed us the plants he was talking about. We went home and thought about it. Then we went back to Klucks talked to him again and then went back home. Then a month later went back when we knew 100% what we wanted. He never once seem annoyed or hurried. You could tell he truly loves his job and put in time and effort to really make sure it was going to look nice. Everyone told me Klucks is expensive. But 1. I like to buy local, 2. I wouldn't of gotten that great of a service anywhere else, and 3. it is true when they say you get what you pay for. I am 100% happy from start to finish and will be going back there if I ever need anything else. Thank you Aaron and the Klucks Nursery Family. You all were great!

We bought a Sugar Kettle Fountain Kit in Nov 2024. The kit costs more than $3k and weighs almost…read more700lb. Once it arrived in Austin, Texas, we had it installed but had problems rights from the beginning. The motor that comes with the kit is not appropriate for this kit. We had to get that fixed by installing a valve on the intake. Then the real problems began! The bowl started to be coated with rusty slush almost from the second day. The people at Blue Thumb told us to keep the fountain running 24 hrs a day and it would "clean up". After a few days we had the whole thing dismantled and power washed to remove the rust. When we restarted, the same happened again. At this point we called the supplier and asked them to, at a minimum, cover the cost of have the bowl powder-coated (approx. $500.). They told us that they know of the problem and are now offering a new model with powder-coated bowl. But they would only give us a paltry $150.00 compensation for the troubles! That we have refused to take. So far the labor and repair on the installation and clean up has cost us at least another $3K and we still do not have a fountain! This should serve as a cautionary tale for anyone ordering anything from the Blue Thumb. They don't appear to stand behind what they sell.
