I ordered a few Gro Pro pots so I could replant a few of my fruit trees. I place the order on a…read moreSaturday. 3 days go by and I get no shipping notice, so I call the store. I'm placed on hold for 5-7 minutes until the guy finally comes back and says " uhhh it looks like 1 of your pots are on back order". Well don't you think this is something you should let the customer know on your website, or maybe CALL them or answer their email and let them know what the issue is? I'm told that the pots should be in tomorrow (Thursday) or Monday. Strange. He doesn't apologize at all for the wait or give any sort of hope whatsoever. Well Tuesday rolls around, and I have now sent 2 emails and 2 different types of Facebook messages with no reply whatsoever. Wednesday(11days from order placed), I finally get a voicemail saying that my order is ready but I needed to call them. Give them a call only to be told that my $31 shipping on my $50 order was not enough and that I would need to pay an addition $40+ to receive my order. What an absolute joke. During this waiting time, my mandarin tree is now losing tons of leaves. Couldn't be more irritated with a company or their terrible customer service. Do not recommend. Spend your hard earned money on people that care.

My final straw with this place was when I visited with my 3 year old daughter. It was about an hour before they closed. Three ladies were standing around eating. There were so many hoses laying around it was impossible to walk without tripping. In addition to the hoses there were flats of flowers laying all over and a myriad of dusty glass junk strewn about. I was tripping every time I took a step. I said to my three year old, "Be careful". The incredibly rude old woman came in and said to my three year old, "Dont fall on my flowers". Let me just say it was pretty much impossible not to trip in there and my daughter was just trying to WALK! It is an absolute junk fest. She claimed they were cleaning up because it was going to frost. First of all, who cleans up an hour before you close? I wish I had such luxuries. Apparently she needs to close earlier then. Second of all, who cares more for flowers than a human being? Unbelievably rude people working there. I'll take my business elsewhere!

They were all broken and the rest were drooping facing the floor. The lilies are all brown and cut on the leaves... The vase is not even close to what was ordered, And instead they put a tacky yellow bow in the front. I had to drive them back to the business on my lunch break for them to replace the flowers because the delivery driver couldn't be bothered to come and pick them back up. When I got the arrangement back again, I had three red roses in it instead of what was ordered. I still do not have the correct vase. I still had Lily's that were brown and cut in places like someone had tried to cut off some of the brown. upon contacting the business a second time after I received the replacement the owner defended her side of things and there was absolutely no remorse. The apology was very fake and defensive. And it was left with a , "well that's just how it is..." She tried to tell me that the flowers are just like that and always droop like that. So my response was why were four of them broken and the rest of them were drooping so far that they were bent just as far as the stem? Would you make this arrangement and send it out?? Also, nowhere across the entire Internet is there anything talking about that specific flower and it being like that on purpose. I looked. I did not ask for a refund. And there was not one offered. There was nothing offered to resolve the situation the second time. As a small business owner myself I would be appalled if something such as that had left my store. The arrangement was not even delivered on time. Was supposed to be delivered the day before. It had a guaranteed delivery day on there and they didn't even bother to contact the customer and let them know they could not do that. Something that was ordered for me that had specific meaning is now ruined.Terrible!

Finding Vintage items to place in my Printers Drawer that I have in my kitchen can be a challenge. But at Paradise Vintage I've found several adorable pieces that fit the tiny spaces. Also purchased a trio of standing Porcelain Frogs that are dressed up for Halloween. This item was a limited edition and will be cherished forever. We used Frogs on our Wedding invites 28 yrs ago. it is very difficult to find Holiday themed Frog items. Also was looking for a Vintage Ironstone pitcher to place on the table with florals. At Paradise Vintage we found one and it was 50% off. We have been extremely Happy with our items and the store is well organized and clean.
