It felt awkward the rest of the time they were in my home. Now It's been below zero outside and my boiler still needs to be serviced. The next week water pressure went down throughout my house and Now I've had two plumbers come out and the city saying the boiler pipe has pumped 56,000 gallons of water under my house since the first week of February, the week after they cracked my pipe.

I called Remer after they were recommended by two separate people (against my own judgement from…read moreother reviews) to replace a broken water heater at my parents house in Saginaw while I live out of state - and during the Covid-19 pandemic. Talk about timing. In the literal worst time to be out of hot water, everyone I spoke to over the phone was polite and helpful, from Dave who answered all my questions, to Amy in the office who scheduled the appt and took my information. I was even pleasantly surprised they were able to schedule a next-day installation. When they arrived it turned out the old water heater was NOT a standard size so they had to get a different one, but they did so in only a few hours and came back the next day with a new one that fit perfectly. Matt and his team arrived on time and performed the installation quickly, and Matt even helped out with a few small home repairs just because he was there and had the tools, which my Mom and I very much appreciate! Our experience has been a nightmare: incompetent technicians who don't know how to properly install a unit, leading to poor initial installation that they refused to stand behind. They then had the audacity to charge her again to fix their own shoddy work. Add in rude and snide remarks from their staff, and you have a company that clearly prioritizes profit over customer satisfaction or quality work. Save your money and your sanity-look elsewhere.
