This is the first review I ever wrote on Yelp, and I only did it because I received the greatest customer service and treatment from the staff at this place, mainly Jody, who was the lady who did my treatment. I truly have never had and never seen a clinician so attentive ,fun and kind like she is. I had never been to this clinic before, neither I knew these people. I bought 6 lipo laser treatments on Groupon and from the moment I called the place to make an appointment I was very well treated. I have to say, I'm always on time and I consider myself a very pleasant client, so I imagine that the only way you can not get VIP treatment in this place is if you are constantly late, and even though, they do try to accommodate you and treat you with respect, because I saw that happening. I have only great things to say about this place. Even a doctor who I didn't even go to see greeted me as I came in. I have had 4 treatments so far, and I have seen positive changes in the areas I'm treating. Unfortunately I have no time to exercise, so I don't follow the treatment as I should, but to me it is working well. As any non-invasive treatment, you can't expect to look like a super model with a few treatments, and I'm pleased that they don't hide the bottom line from you, you have to exercise and watch your diet, as with any other beauty treatment. My experience here was terrible! I purchased a Groupon for 3 lipo treatments to see if I wanted to do more. The first time I went I got the REALLY hard sell from Jody. She was very unprofessional, wrote her phone number with a pen on my hand, and seemed to be hyped up on the miracle diet drops! The second visit was very nice. I saw Michelle or Nicole (I can't remember her name). She was very professional, knowledgeable and kind. The 3rd trip I met up with Jody again and it was HORRIBLE!!!! She was rude, mean, called me a liar, and again very unprofessional. I walked out without going through with the 3rd round. I was not about to allow myself to be treated that way. Went there for Lipolaser treatment. Had to deal with Jody. She was rude, crude and unprofessional. She gave us the hard sell the first day we were there, which took our 40 minute appt. to over 2 hours. She wanted to reschedule our Sat. appt. to 6am so she could go to a tailgate party. She actually wrote her phone # on my hand!!! I'm giving it one star because luckily our second appt. Jody was not there and the girl that helped us, I think her name was Michelle or Nicole, was very friendly, prompt and professional. We went in for our last appt. we were 6 minutes late and there was Jody, She totally ignored us. She finally came out to get us after 15mins. and said we were late and would have to shorten our time. We said we were there at 6 min. after but she was not out front. She told us no we weren't (calling us liars). We waited another 5 mins. before she took us to our rooms, than disappeared for another few mins. that's when we decided to leave. We asked her if we could reschedule and she said No. So WOW, is really all I can say about Jody. If you do choose to go there, I would highly recommend asking NOT to have Jody. read more

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. This place is a SCAM. It's a fraud. They just want to take your money and after you hand it over, they will treat you like sh*t. This place has the worse employees EVER. I've never met a group of people who have been more rude to their customers. When I first came there I met Catrina who was pretty nice at first. Never having been there before, I asked her what the process was, and what I should and should not do. She told me to drink lots of water and to exercise within 3 hours after my treatment. I asked her if I needed to abstain from eating certain types of foods and she said "nope just drink lots of water." I asked her what the policy was if we did not lose any weight at all and she said that there was a guarantee that I would lose an inch, 2 inches if I exercised. Pretty straight forward right? I followed her instructions to the max- drinking 2 gallons of water everyday and exercising for an hour each day. However, the treatments did not work AT ALL. So when I called Catrina to ask why I wasn't losing any weight, she told me I was very petite in the beginning so I wasn't going to lose weight. When I asked her why she didn't tell me that in the beginning, and why she told me I would lose at least an inch, she said she did not say anything like that, and put me on the phone with Jody. To be honest, I dont know how Jody could even keep a job considering how unprofessional and completely RUDE she was. She said that it was all my fault because I didn't keep a strict diet (which Catrina never mentioned at ALL, but still I kept a very low carb diet with mostly fruits and veggies etc.) and that I didn't exercise enough- I'm sorry, an hour at the gym EVERY DAY is not enough? When I tried to explain that I did indeed follow my instructions, Jody had nothing to say so she HUNG UP on me. And when I called back, they did not pick up the phone for the rest of the day. The next day, I called and a lady picked up saying that everyone was busy. I left my number and asked them to call back, but of course they never did. This place is a SCAM. The treatments do NOT work, not even if you follow a strict diet and exercise regularly. They want you to pay in CASH so that if you call to complain, they can refuse to refund you the money- disputes with paying by credit cards are much easier to file, so when I first made my payments, Catrina insisted that I had to pay at least half in cash. To make matters worse, the doctor whom I never saw, picked up the phone one day when I called and told me that "I was wasting his time" and that there is NEVER A GUARANTEE that anyone would lose any weight, so he would not issue a refund. He called me a liar (even though I had 2 witnesses with me each time I went) and said that I probably told my witnesses to lie as well. This is how they treat their customers. I bought a groupon for 3 laser lipo treatments for $349. I have called several times and each time the phone was answered, you wouldn't have known there was a professional on the line. Very rude and short. Each time I was told she was with someone else and very curtly asked for my name and number and that she would call back. Not once did I receive a return phone call. Not to mention the times I called and no one picked up. Now my groupon has expired and no longer valid. DO NOT BUY A GROUPON to this place, I truly believe that is one of the reasons I was never given a return phone call, the original price for 1 session is twice the price I paid for 3!!! Not even one star for this ripoff place. I bought a groupon for $179 for three treatments. I did everything I was told to do and was assured I would see at least one inch lost around my waist. Absolutely nothing changed. One of the women there told me after three treatments "That's why we recommend you buy at least nine treatments." They should never have offered that groupon. Now I know why the doctor (chiropractor) there never looked me in the eye or even acknowledged me when I came in - he must know he's scamming people. read more
