I made it! Finally! Every time I pass this place, it's closed because they don't open till 2pm currently. I was the only one in there and Alexandra, behind the counter was a doll! I asked so many questions and she answered them completely and with a smile. The place gives this horribly rainy day a burst of sunshine. It's bright and clean with fun things to look at one the walls. There are a few tables, but I took what I wanted to go. I wound up getting 6 ice pops (paletas?) ranging from Mango to Jamaica, which is Hibiscus, which I love. Alexandra definitely made this a great experience. This is my third time here. I absolutely love the homemade ice cream. It's always so fresh and you can tell they use simple ingredients. We ordered the Churro, Tres Leche, Strawberry Kiwi and Pistachio Popsicles. We tried both the Churro, and Tres Leche and loved both. The churro has actual pieces of churro in it and they do not skimp. The Tres Leche was so creamy and had cookie pieces blended into it with a big cookie too. Both are a must try! We saved the other 2 for later. My husband and I wanted to also try the Totis Donitas Loco since we've never had anything like it before and a lot of customers seemed like they were enjoying it. Personally it wasn't for us. We also thought it was going to be more nacho like but that's our fault for not asking what was in it. Came for the first time and then returned the next day with more people. Brightly lit, colorful spot with indoor and outdoor seating. Attentive folks behind the counter. Huge selection of paletas (water- and milk-based), as well as plenty of ice creams and sorbets, and savory food, even esquites (corn) and instant ramen. Paletas were fresh-tasting, and frozen nice & cold so they scarcely melted while being enjoyed. The horchata paleta tasted 100% like horchata. Blue Cookie Monster paleta was fun for kids. Arroz con leche paleta was tasty and chunky. Raspberry sorbet was tasty and generously scooped. Hope to be back many more times to try more flavors. read more

Stopped by to grab some churros and maybe some Popsicles. After entering the store, I was later greeted by a lady 1 minute later. I placed my order of churros and she disappears for I want to say 10 mins. I'm thinking, yes fresh churros! She comes back and was like, I forgot the churros! I was doing something else. Very friendly, clean and well stocked with a million home made ice cream flavors. I had the signature Mangolada, a mango sorbet type treat with a red tart, slightly tangy chamoy sauce. This is our new favorite local ice cream shop. TONS of options of flavors and how you want your ice cream served (their churro topping seems to be a hit here). Usually, I've gone the boring route of just in cups, but I've mixed up which flavors I've gotten each time. Our favorites are cookie dough and brownie. The brownie truly feels like you're eating a brownie in liquid form. I've tried Cookie Monster and Nutella too which were great. We did a cookies + cream ice pop one time too but I prefer creamy ice cream.. I had to bite into the ice pop since it was so frozen. Price is reasonable. Parking lot as well. My only "complaint" is I can't remember the name of this place if my life depended on it so it's hard to recommend it to people or look it up. ***MUST get their rewards card. I'm so happy I found this place! There aren't enough Latino owned sweet shops on LI and this makes my heart so happy to see flavors I grew up with! I tried a bunch of their homemade ice creams before finally deciding in a cup of Horchata with Tres Leches and a churro loop. They were SO good. You could taste the rice in the horchata and the condensed milk in the tres leches. The texture was perfect. The churro loop was better than a cherry on top! Delicious. I stopped by tonight on our way home and tried three popsicles. My husband had the coffee, I had passionfruit and daughter had cotton candy. We all thought they were delicious. Place is clean, very nice decor, and so many ice cream flavors to choose from. Update: went back again 2 days after my first visit because my daughter wanted to try the unicorn popsicle. She liked it but prefers the cotton candy flavor. I had the mango popsicle and my husband had the cookies n cream soft ice cream. It was a warm weekend in November which made a visit to get ice cream easy. I hope they make it through the winter because it's a great addition to the area. This ice cream shop is one of our favorite spots in EM. My friends travel from queens to get ice cream from here. They have flavors that we love Guava, Passionfruit, Mango, Tamarind, etc. Everything that you can't find in a normal spot.
