They have a Ramen ice cream that comes in a Chinese take out container. The "Ramen" is vanilla ice cream. They include gummied broccoli and other veggies. The chocolate at the bottom of the container was hard. The ice cream was gelato, so super creamy and delicious. I also got the skillet cookie with ice cream... honestly the cookie was meh. Spontaneous nights are always the greatest! The family and I were craving something sweet. Not knowing the area very well I yelped what was around us and Manny's looked very interesting. We went and it was the best decision. Their menu was outstanding (and also not fair because they had many great choices)! The kids ordered a bathrub sundae and ate the whole thing. EVERYTHING ON THE MENU IS AI GENERATED nothing looks the same in person. I was tempted to walk out right then and there but I gave them the benefit of the doubt and I shouldn't have. Holy sweetness overload! I was in the area for an appointment so we decided to come here for 'lunch.' It was easy to order with the QR code on the table and the guy behind the counter was very nice. We split the chocolate pb rum milkshake and the Oreo milkshake-we did ask for whipped cream on both and neither came with it but that's alright. We also split the donut ice cream sandwich with added peanut butter drizzle on top, the 'chicken tenders and fries' and 2 stuffed cookies. The star of the show was that sandwich for sure-the cinnamon drizzle was to die for! I could eat it with a spoon. I could have passed on the chicken tender dish-it was vanilla ice cream coated in corn flakes shaped like chicken but honestly it lacked flavor and the pound cake fries were stale. About 5 groups of customers were there and another large family group was about to order. Inside was brightly lit and there were QR codes all over each table to scan for social media and menus. Managed to order at the counter and asked for table cleanup so we could sit. They came out quickly, bussed the table, and as soon as we had sat down, orders came out. A really fun place for dessert! The staff were super friendly and gave my little one LOTS of ice cream samples to make sure the best one was picked! We ended up getting a slice of the Oreo ice cream cake... WOW! It was simply divine! Just know when you come here, plan to spend some money, but that's pretty typical for a dessert shop. We went with friends and they got this mini plastic bathtub (that you can take home) filled with an ice cream sundae! It was pretty wild, and definitely a sharing opportunity. They also have some fun adult options like boozy drinks and special night events. Lots of seating for groups too, but at times it does get busy. When we got there, we were the only ones in the shop, within a half hour there wasn't a seat to be had! I have another review in Google that's talks about the foods and how much I love it, so here I'm going to talk about some of there freeze dried candies. My boyfriend and I were given the freeze dried Taffy and caramel m&M's. Somehow the freeze drying made the flavor of the taffy stronger. It has an interesting texture but it was not our favorite due to the flavor intensity. I would love to try this with salt water taffy instead of Laffy Taffy. However, the freeze dried M&M's were REALLY good. The expanded caramel was light and crisp and the chocolate was still normal. We would definitely get these again! I think in general the freeze dried candy would make great gifts, especially for Christmas. They are unique and fun and feel like a more especial gift than a pack of M&M's you could get at the checkout of a any store read more

I hate to do this but I have given this place more than one chance. Let me start by saying this place is very clean and the staff is very friendly. The issue here is the quality of the "sweet treats". I came to here about a year ago when the pandemic was at its peak and ordered a brownie Sunday, the brownie was old and stale and had a weird taste. The ice cream was just regular ice the cream, the price: above average. I didn't write a review for two reasons, I wanted to give this place a second chance and it wouldn't be fair to make a judgement in the middle of a pandemic. A few months later, a family member came to visit and brought us treats from Manny's, this time bubble tea because everyone knows it's my favorite drink, we also got a crepe and some ice cream. The bubble tea was terrible, I mean the tapioca pearls were dry, bland and stale, it was more like a raisin consistency. Finally, we came here last night to give it one last try and again we ordered a bubble tea, passion fruit which by the way if you don't clarify they mix passion fruit syrup with milk, i didn't realize this until my first sip and had to let them know I can't have dairy so they made a regular passion fruit. They were very friendly and accommodating about this. I don't think they use a tea, it was basically water and passion fruit syrup. Again, the tapioca tasted like bland raisins. I left my drink on the table. My friend got a matcha crepe and it's a regular crepe which she stated def wasn't fresh and they drizzle some matcha like syrup on top, this was surely not appealing to the eye. For the following items we paid $53 1 kids scoop of ice cream, another kids ice cream maybe it was 2 scoops, a bubble tea, a match crepe and a brownie Sunday. I find this very overpriced for the quality. I hope this review helps the owners be a little more mindful on the freshness of the items they are selling. I find their menu to be too extensive, therefore not allowing them to successfully executed all these options, sometimes less is more. The place seems to be doing very well with patrons in and out which is great, my hopes is that this review helps the business owner become more mindful of quality. Manny's in Mineola update 4 months later. Sadly what a change in the experience. It opened at 12 PM we went in and ordered breakfast. The girl behind the counter did say that she comes from the other store location. I teased and said, let me guess todays your first day, she said no my second. In the window it says free coffee with the breakfast, she didn't know this. The coffee was made fresh but very hot and the milk did not cool it down. We ordered directly from the menu- the 1st special it notes pancake tacos and 1.2 a waffle. That was a misprint, no waffle. Though I said what was served was ok as it was the young man in the back did bring two miniature waffles to the table. I had asked for some onions in my Sliced potatoes and was told there be a charge. Ok fine. 99 cents for maybe a 1.4 cup of tiny pieces. The next order of all meat, which tasted good had noted a vegetable mix, it was just a few tomatoes. Real fork and knife but no spoon or stirrers. Served on heavy solid white class plates. I asked what a push pop was as it was listed on the board. She didn't know so asked. She told me that they don't have them. I saw two lovely girls get ice cream cones. I wanted an ice-cream cone with cherry vanilla. She did check it and attempt it but found that the ice cream was so soft she could not put it on a cone as she noted they had trouble with the freezer. The bill was high for two breakfasts but we did order a soda and of course the onions. I felt unfufillingly disappointed. read more

Today is my birthday stopped in for a treat walked in stood there waiting for someone to come to the counter. It's 11pm the place is near empty. Despite 3 employees were there no one greeted or said someone would be right with us. One employee continued to clear tables another looked at us but didn't bother and the other was doing chin ups. In the back. Needless to say we began to walk out and still not an employee said a word. Customer service is important and there's always a lack of when going here. Needless to say don't waste your money going someplace where the service is trash. There's a new place on Jericho called Get Stuffed and their service is way better. Today was our first time visiting Manny's Sweet Treats. My husband and I shared a waffle with strawberries, Nutella drizzle, and vanilla ice cream. Really wanted to give a great review, but sadly, I cannot. The shakes and sundaes are totally different than pictured on the menu, and we were filled with disappointment. The shake only had not even 8 ounces of a shake inside and the sundae had different toppings than what was pictured and described. For $30 for two items, that was a massive fail. Staff is slow, should be more than one person on taking orders and making them on a weekend. The only positive I can say is that the brownie on the shake was so delicious and perfect.
