The dumb truck was pulling a shotty trailer that KLINGER Crew neglected to clean prior to hitting the road. There were so many rocks and debris on the trailer. As I passed the motion and vibration from the road and poorly maintained equipment debris went flying and cracked my windshield & dented my hood. I called KLINGER Asphalt IMMEDIATELY & left a message telling them what went wrong. All I wanted in return was an apology and a good word of better diligence in the future. It's been 2 weeks and no response....if this is how they maintain a public appearance, id hate to see their fly by night work...I'm sorry for having to post such a negative review. A project he said would take "a couple of weeks" has dragged on for over six months and is still unfinished. Multiple times, we were given specific completion dates; Skyler did not show up and did not proactively update us. If you proceed, get clear contracts and milestones in writing, tie payments to verifiable progress, DO NOT pay him upfront, and be prepared for limited communication.

He gave excuse after excuse. Eventually, I had a separate business make the repairs. This contractor is unreliable, does terrible work, and is not worth the time and money!!
