Not sure if these guys are still flipping houses, but if you are looking at purchasing a house flipped by The Mickey Group/Mickey Pascarella/Will O'Reilly, be warned they use subpar contractors and inappropriate/inadequate materials. Less than 5 years after buying a house flipped by The Mickey Group, we've had to drop over $37,000 on repairs. The biggest being a roof repair. The roof began leaking one year after purchase, and to their credit they did sent someone out to attempt to fix the issue.
