They listen well, offer solutions and suggestions whenever I'm unsure, plus they have even shown me ways to save money and still make a beautiful gift for a memorable presentation. They are easy to find in a shopping mall just northeast of the Lomas/Juan Tabo intersection. I often call, but I've also submitted my orders via email. Either way, they always email me a proof before they begin their work. Normal turn-around is a couple days but have been as fast as same-day.
