This was the third time we've had her as our server, and each experience has felt unfriendly and unwelcoming. She never smiles or seems interested in providing good customer service, which makes dining there uncomfortable. What was even more disappointing was the overall atmosphere. As we were leaving, several employees, including the manager, were sitting together and didn't acknowledge us or say something as simple as, "Have a good night." We watched other guests receive a much warmer goodbye, which made us feel overlooked. Customer service and professionalism are what keep people coming back, and unfortunately, this experience made us feel like our business wasn't valued.
