We contacted Micky's service the day before we needed the service. I got a response within minutes. Price was reasonable. Micky arrived 10 minutes before our agreed upon time, loaded our bags and made sure we had everything before we left. The vehicle was spotless. There were bottles of Fiji water waiting for us. We made our trip to the airport without any issues. By the time I gathered my personal belongings, our luggage was curbside. We will definitely use this service again. read more

I had a very bad experience with this Cab driver, he was really rude . He felt that he is helping customers by riding a Cab. He does not have respect to the customers, and does not know how to handle the situations. He charged more than other cabs and told me that he provides good service, but that was totally wrong. He accepted the back to back 'pick ups', and put pressure on me to get things faster, not sure how would these Cab drivers accept the back to 'pick ups' without having enough buffer time, also due to the urgency of next pick up these are chances that he could meet the accidents. More over he was threatening me and wanted to get another cab if I do not like his back to back pick up schedules. I would have called other Cab if I would have enough time for my Flight. Due to this my entire holiday trip was upset. I would never/ever travel in this Cab Service. read more

Have used many times previously with no issues. Even gave them a yelp approval. UNTIL LAST NIGHT. DO NOT CALL THEM AFTER MIDNIGHT!!!! Will get answering machine . Called last night at 1145 pm to go 2 miles to walmart. No problem. Picks me up in 15 minutes. I tell the driver, I'm going into walmart, I should be outside on 10 minutes. 15 minutes later, I'm standing outside walmart, on a Saturday night, with people panhandling me to death. I call "mickey " to find out where my cab is, because the driver said he will be back in 10 minutes to pick me up. Call goes right to voicemail . Wait 5 minutes, call back, straight to voicemail. The panhandling is getting more et. I go to the one section open at Walmart after midnight. Call again. Voicemail, and no sign of my cab. I Google taxis in Somerdale nj. Get lucky star cab, says 20 minutes. I say ok. Walmart has no security visable on a Sat nite, and I'm practically beating panhandlers off with a stick. "You got a cigarette "?, You got a dollar? , Walmart, why are you not chasing these undiserables off your property? ? Finally as I'm been harassed by a fellow, a lucky star van pulls up. I tell the harasser that is my cab, gotta go. I dash for the cab, the harassing panhandler in chasing me . I get to the cab, the driver slides open the non automatic doors, I hop in, I thought the panhandler was going to also . I start to shut the door, the now, out of breath panhandler, says" will it kill you to give me a buck ", boom, I slam the door shut! ! What a lot of people do not realize, is these rodents, I call panhandlers are possibly armed. Secondly, what they do is ask for a dollar or 50 cents, hoping you will pull out your wallet, at which point they grab your wallet and run like a Nigerian Olympian. It was after 1am when I finally was saved by Lucy star cab!!! Mickey, after all the business I gave you, I must say adieu. You left me in the throws of a pack of wolves, when I told you , and your driver I would be out of walmart in 10 minutes, it took me 15. Then, I call you 3 times, goes to voicemail, while you dose into slumber, you never call me back, and thank god lucky star cab showed up, or I might have been robbed, stabbed, shot, who knows. People were all over walmart front entrance, waiting to pounce on everyone walking in or out if that store last nite. Mickey, you are fired. You put me in danger, when you abandoned me.
