He was courteous and suggested things not to do to my computer in the future to avoid further problems, having never had it serviced, I was naturally afraid of scams but my daughter checked him out on line in 2 minutes or less and I choose a good technician it was my lucky day. Best buy stated that it is "just an issue seen with this type of computer". I took it to H&S and he shared that he would take a look at it. He communicated well throughout the process and asked permission before doing anything or making any changes. He tinkered with it and thought he fixed it, and asked to hold on to it for a day to make sure. He also was able to reinstall drivers best buy deleted and charged me $100 for. Fifty bucks later and I have a working and fast computer! Great experience from the very start!
