He was very rude and did not explain why I had received a confirmation and was not helpful on what to do next. I will not be back in this Office Depot again. he was so completely rude! while waiting in line so long I heard him making fun of customers on his wireless to other employees and warning people to not help certain employees. Again, just RUDE and UNHELPFUL!
