Then they weighed my copper with the garbage can I took in and said that they would deduct 8lbs because of the garbage can. There is no way a plastic garbage can alone weighs 8lbs. When I told them I wasn't interested in their service they offered me .10 cents more. What an insult. NO WAY! I can go somewhere else and get what I'm supposed to be getting! I called again today and I was told the driver has the ticket, but they don't come to my suburb very often so it probably isn't a priority! This is a horrible attitude. Is there someone at LRS who can make it a priority? LRS was willing to come out here to deliver it, make some revenue, but they don't care to pick it up? Is the driver in charge and he gets to go where he wants? I ask that someone who cares at LRS get involved to resolve this promptly. There are neighborhood kids going in there since it's been here so long. This is now a hazard LRS has put on my property.
