So when ask the front desk person about the camera she said oh no it can't see in that room! The owner would never do that. Well maybe not not but I bet that's what everyone else said about people before they were caught doing it too. So I think maybe it should be moved cause it sure looks suspicious it could very well be mounted on the wall and still see everything at the counter. I went to see Christin yesterday and she did amazing!!!! My color is perfect and exactly what I asked for. She trimmed my hair perfectly as well. She removed all my dead ends and kept my long layers. I had an old tattoo that she spruced up and made it look totally awesome. She was very professional during the entire experience and even got a second opinion from her boss/owner ( Libby) before starting the tattoo. The tattoo came out awesome and I am super proud and excited to show it off. The tattoo took approximately 4 hours and Sydney explained in detail every step of the tattoo along the way. The shop looked amazing and was extremely clean, several times during the tattoo I observed Libby wiping things down and sweeping. They obviously take pride in the shop and it shows. I don't know where to start... the service, the quality, or the vibe? I guess I'll start with the…read moreservice. When I first entered the salon, I was immediately greeted. After I checked in with the front desk, I took a seat in the lobby area, which was super nice and clean. I waited for maybe five minutes at the most before Carrie called me back for my men's cut. Within that short time, I could already tell it was going to be a great experience compared to other places I've been. Once I was called back by Carrie, she immediately did a consultation with me since it was my first time at the salon. I explained exactly what I wanted, and wow, she executed it beyond what I expected! The conversation flowed smoothly between us, and we even joked around. Once she was done with my hair, she made sure everything was perfect and looked even on both sides. On top of that, she also washed and styled my hair. Long story short, I already have a four-week follow-up with Carrie to have my hair cut again.
