It was advertised on Instagram in the FAQ that you have to cancel 48 hours before the appointment or you lose your $50 deposit. I cancelled on April 30th 2019, giving 16 DAYS notice. Amy emailed me back saying there would be no refund. I was shocked at this and sent her a screen shot of the FAQ. I checked her Instagram FAQ's again and saw that she promptly DELETED the post right after receiving the screenshot email. She is refusing to give me my $50 back. It was false advertisement. This is very unprofessional and not how you treat customers. (I had even just gone to her for a lash lift and tint and she's treating me like this.) It's speaking volumes as to what kind of business this is. I had posted this same truthful review on google reviews and Amy has disabled google reviews for her business. She was friendly and reassuring and a wealth of information. The eyelash application area is set up in her living room with a nice comfy headrest...During the application you can either chat with Rhena (who is fun, bubbly and great to talk with!) or listen to a wide variety of podcasts.
