Looked up Paige Fiduciary and found Stevie Slaughter. Seemed real enough. Called her back with caution, not knowing what to expect. She was calling about our Mother. Mom was in the hospital and wanted me to know. Sadly we had been estranged for many years with no contact. We were able to meet Mom and reconnect. We got to spend the last month of her life smiling, laughing, crying and being a loving family. After getting to know Stevie during this time, we had many interaction regarding the details of the Estate and what Mom's wishes were for care etc. We found Stevie to be the most honest, caring, professional advocate for our Mom. Stevie lived the term "guardian" with all her clients. I know without a doubt she would protect a client as if it were her own family member. She and her staff were amazing at helping clean out Mom's house, helping to arrange funeral and burial services, as well as handling the financial aspects. She was constantly reaching out to us and willing to offer her knowledge of ways we could handle things. We both owe the deepest thanks and gratitude to Stevie. If it were not for her doing we may never have gotten to reconnect with our Mom for the last days she had. Stevie became and always will be a dear friend for what she did to help our family.
