I had a very bad experience here. Stay away from this "no office, 100% virtual" (according to her word) tax service if you are looking for someone who are experienced and responsive. She didn't make my tax filing easier, I have to be the person keep reminding her my filing deadlines and finding ways to reach out to her. Here are some facts: She spent more than one month on vacation during the period of preparing my tax returns even though I told her that my deadline is approaching please file the returns as soon as possible. After the lagging services, she finally filed the return, but it turns out that she implicated a wrong business type on my tax return. And she blamed me that I didn't choose the right entity type(the one she chose for me on the returns) when I set up the entity. I don't want to argue with her which type is right for my company as she is not a corporate lawyer, it is okay that she lacks of certain knowledge of that. However, it is careless of her to assume the wrong entity type, especially when the abbreviation of entity type is a part of the company's name. IRS sent a letter regarding the business type and request to send response within 30 days, she was just too busy to help me with it. I have to email her multiples times before she is willing to help me out. I rarely gave bad reviews, but I am extremely disappointed at her "professional" service. Please consider twice before retaining her to file the returns for you, especially business returns. read more
