I have been coming to JKLM Tax Service for years and they are so helpful! No matter how many questions I have about taxes, they are always knowledgeable about new tax laws and tips. I am glad they are located near my house and I can drive there and walk-in and have my taxes prepared in minutes. Or if I have financial questions, they are open year round to help out. I would be walking in with a 1099, W-2, receipts, student stuff, etc; and they would know what to do with all of it. Been going to JKLM for the past 10 years since 2009 when I got my first job and I've always worked with Tom and he was very informative This time around I made a call asking to work with Tom again this year, i made an appointment with him and when I showed up there was two ladies sitting on the desk. I told them that I made an appointment with Tom but they insisted to work on my brothers and my W2 "prep it" for Tom. They ended up filing my brothers and mine when I told them I wanted to work with Tom because he's ultimately the person I trust doing my taxes. I get it they are employees of JKLM but when I make an appointment and I make it clear I want someone to do it they should at least oblige. It's was very frustrating because it took 3 people to look at my paper work. And took longer than expected. read more

My very first time filing for taxes as I have turn 18. My employer messed up my SSN on my W2 and been waiting for months for a corrected version but still never received it. So I only had my incorrected W2. I went with my mom to file taxes and Leanne told me my incorrect SSN on my W2 is no issue. Leanne filed my mom's and my taxes very quickly with no issue. Worst experience ever!!! I and my husband just came here for the first time we filed married jointly for the tax return. We were served by lady named NIKKY. Since my husband prepared everything on Tubo tax, printed it out and just wondering if he has done good enough. This lady told us that she charged $70 for the advise, we said ok but when we asked what is the checklist document for us? She said: "I give you advices doesn't mean I have to give you a checklist. Since you already filed everything so I said it looks good. That's it". After that she just said like: it's ok, it looks good that's it. It happened just like for 3 minutes only and she didn't even look at the document until we asked her to please take a look at the document for us. The most terrible thing I can say here that the horrible attitude of this lady. I couldn't imagine it. I went to the different tax office which are Champions Tax and San Jose Tax Service and we got the advices for free!!! I never felt as much regret for the $70 we spent and the worst service ever we got like this!!! YOU NEVER SHOULD COME HERE IF YOU DON'T WANNA RUIN YOUR DAY, ESPECIALLY TO BE SERVED BY A LADY NAME NIKKY. read more

They didn't really give me the good advice, the lady here look at me in not very friendly way, perhaps I am not business owner, I am just personal tax file? And the price is not good. They'r charged me $200 for the file, compared with other office only $50 read more
