I worked from home as a secretary for a petsitting company and it was very hard to get work done. When enrolling in school, It was impossible to open any files or get to anything without it taking a good 10 minutes to come on. I heard great things about Chris and needed my computer looked at. He gave a free diagnostic and said he will come up with a price after looking at it and seeing what it needed! He picked it up quickly, gave me a very affordable price and returned it within a few days. If you don't agree with the price, then he will drop it back off to you with no problem- but it is extremely affordable. He explained everything going on with it in detail and recommended I install a program to help protect against viruses as well! He also says he backs up his work and if anymore issues arise to always contact him! Thank you Chris! It's nice having a computer that loads in a timely manner.     Purchased. Washer and scheduled installation for 12/8. Explained that I would be available on…read moredelivery day all day until 4pm. The night before they texted me a delivery window of 3-7pm. Didn't end up mattering as they left me a voicemail at the end of the day saying "the truck broke down"and I needed to reschedule. Spoke to someone at length and they explained that they can't commit to any time of day and I wouldn't know the delivery window until the night before. Under these ridiculous limitations, I emphasized that the only possible day that I could be available at all hours would be 12/11. The night before I had received no delivery schedule info, so I called and found out that they had not put me on the schedule. The next chance would be 12/13. At 8:05am that day, I received the delivery window info, 8:30am - 12-30. Yup, 25 minutes before. After installation, they left without testing it and the drain hose, held on by a clip instead of a real clamp, flew off and drained water all over the floor. Few hours later still haven't heard back from the installers.

I asked for a tool for particular purpose, the douche bag said go to tool section and he said "It will be there somewhere". No wonder there is so many one star review. Most of people who work here are both incompetent and lazy (deadly combination), yet they are getting paid at least minimum wage. Oh well, the lesson learned. My advice is that you should do research online and find part number. Then go here if urgent, or order from Amazon if you can wait few days.

The man was Ok at best..far from friendly just giving my BF a price saying there was a 15% discount on the windows. I told my BF lets check out Home Depot.... I have both credit cards. That man could not at Lowes could not have cared less! His desk and chairs all around him were FILTYH with dust and debris. Truthfully, his sucked! You really think when I going to spend 5 thousand dollars I want to sit in filth?? And that is the absolute TRUTH! Malcom, at Home Depot, was/is amazing! He spent his devoted time with me showing me the different pricing for my needs. I can not say enough about this man!! Oh by the way I am a female that KNEW jack shit about windows! Malcom spent his time with me going thru every window. Making sure I got the best for my money. Not only that, making sure I got a 15% discount for the holiday weekend plus.. a discount for using my Pro card and then... a 24 month plan free from interest!! How can you best that!!     Ordered an item and it was available in the locker - so this should be quick and easy, w/o having…read moreto interact with anyone which is great, right! Nope. Went to the locker, entered my code and it said the door was opening....it didn't. Tried again about 5 times and no luck...it thinks it is opening, but it isn't. I exited the screen and scanned the QR code...doesn't exist. Entered the code manually as before, no longer exists. It THINKS I have the item to my info has been cleared.... Had to wait about 10-15 min for the service desk. She went out to the locker and opened it - empty; and looked in some of the other locker numbers...no item as expected (1 gal of deck stain). Went back in, did some research and she said it was in locker 24 and not the original 33. Opened up locker 24 and it is not the item - opened up other lockers in that area...not there. Went back in and called the person who supposedly put the item into the locker; apparently issues so it is NOT even in the locker - but off to the side where customer service was actually the place I should have gone to, but was never informed of that. So much for in and out as anticipated. I could have gotten the item from the aisle and shelf and been out of there in 5 mins vs. the 30 mins spent there. The woman from customer service was fine - just an issue of not having my items ready or in the correct area for a quick, easy and fast in and out.... UGH!
