I thought my Story and Clark was beyond repair, but Wallace proved me wrong! I had been quoted…read morecrazy rehab processes and prices and had held off for years to rehab this old piano. However, one day I thought I'd give it one more try to find the repairman who could bring this beauty back to her heyday. I found that person in Wallace. I had been told the sound board needed replacement and all the strings would have to be restrung. I was told it would be a minimum three month rehab project. Not only was the sound board in good condition, but the strings just needed some TLC. Wallace replaced all the ivory keys with plastic, as many were missing their overlay and to find exact replacement would be not only costly but almost impossible for a piano of this age, ~1920's. Wallace finished the project on time and on budget. No surprise costs and no delays. He was done installing the keyboard and tuning it within his two week timeframe and will be back in a couple of weeks to fine tune it after it has time to sit and rest. He was professional, on time, and very honest. I believe he not only deserves the five star rating but earned every bit of it. Attached are some before and after photos! Please message me if you have questions. In the first pics you can see the disrepair of the keys and the filth on the strings. The last pictures you can see the beautiful craftsmanship of the new white keys and the restoration of the ebony keys. Also, note the shining copper on the strings and all this restoration resulted in a beautiful sound. No more "twainey" sound.

So, i heard no responds from Mr. Wallace Hall for a 2nd tunning. I texted for a refund of the…read moresecond tunning but he said it's a touch up, not a tunning. So, from what i understand, the touch up is more expensive then the tunning. At this point, i don't trust his service. I believe i was totally scammed by Wallace Hall. If anyone reading this and still used his service, you have been warned.

I didn't even want to give them one star. The women that run the school are unstable as well as…read morevery very unprofessional. The school is very small and very dirty. The bathroom is always very dirty and uncleanly, you would think with covid they'd be concerned about this. I put my child on a waiting list to go here and never would've imagined the lack of care and concern they take in their school. Not only that, but the complete crazy people who run it. Most unstable people I've ever dealt with. No manners, and they scream at you when they don't want to deal with you. The advertising for the school is false in more ways than one. There are no dogs there, the lessons for guitar are pointless because they can't even teach the child one of the first things to know, which is how to tune their guitar. They try to rip you off majorly. When initially joining I thoroughly read through everything before committing and the price was $79 monthly for group lessons once a week. However, they billed me for $200 after 3 lessons and when I went to check the site again all of a sudden within two weeks they had changed the price on their site to $100 monthly for weekly group lessons without even addressing parents or sending out an email to inform of that... which is very misleading but whatever only $21 extra a month, still parents should be notified when prices go up, especially when that's not what was agreed to, and then to find out after speaking to Emily in person it's not even correct on the site either. It's as if nobody knows what they're doing here. Emily is incredibly arrogant, insulting, and unprofessional. She should not be running a school with any children at all. They have nobody inside the music school to greet you, and little to absolutely no communication, 100% lazy. They do not keep in touch, no calls, no one to talk to if you have a concern because they cant afford to hire anyone to sit in the building for a whole 30 mins, and they never answer the phone. When they do you have to call several times and both the women who run this place will tell you that you're wasting their time and speak to you as if they were never taught an ounce of respect for other human beings but are easily offended at nothing. They are irritated and always speak with an attitude. In person they will tell you that you're wasting their time. They will insult you and speak to you in a way they shouldn't around other children. My children have played tons of sports and activities like Girl Scouts, baseball, basketball, soccer, cheer, etc and my wife and I were coaches for several years... never have I met anyone like these two women. They're so unprofessional and all over the place that my daughter had been to 3 lessons and still nobody reached out about payment and I could not get ahold of anyone on several occasions to make payment. I had tried to pay at the first lesson but the two adults that were there didn't even take the time to say hello, or even have the kind decency to say anything, and can't answer any questions ever. Completely clueless. Very rude atmosphere and very lazy. There is a very careless vibe about the entire place.

I have been doing guitar and piano lessons here for 7 years I absolutely love it compared to other…read moremusic schools, when I wake up in the morning I look forward to going to the lessons, the staff are very friendly and teach good lessons, I would definitely recommend this music school to anyone who is looking for a place to learn music and have a good time.
