All she is worried about is that huge commission..... which she will never see! Way too many people in this industry who have no buisness being in it in my opinion Wow! In reference to your reply what a crock! Rachel not only discussed this I don't know how many times but also went to the property twice. Including Sunday morning when she sent me a video clearly detailing both homes. It is also clear on the tax roll that there are 2 homes +on the property. When I told her I found a mistake on the contract she acted like it was a common thing and didn't even want to look. She asked me to tell her what's wrong. Looks like you're trying to be the bully now fellow. I will not tolerate dishonesty and bullying from anyone and you might have over 1000 good reviews but you have plenty of bad ones too! . We found a home we liked on Zillow (or maybe Trulia) and called the contact on the listing. That person sent our info to Austin Real Estate Experts and Dan was the person that ended up calling us back. In hindsight, I couldn't imagine how he could have made the experience any better. It was damn near perfect. Being that it was our first time looking at homes and going through the buying process we had a ton of questions. He made himself available for us to ask questions and was always quick to get back to us. If he didn't directly know the answer, he always had a contact that could help us out. With the number of questions we had, I honestly would have expected him to seem annoyed at some point. He never gave the impression that we were bothering him or asking too many questions. Buying a home is a long process, usually months, and he never made us feel rushed or pressured into making a decision. He simply gave us the info we needed and allowed us to make the decision. I would absolutely recommend Dan to anyone looking for a home or in need of a realtor.

We are exploring legal remedies and taking it up with proper reporting organizations. "The absence of a countersigned copy alone usually does not prevent a contract from being binding or mean the agent is not in breach if they back out after you signed the agreement they provided. The overall behavior and mutual acceptance of terms are important factors in determining breach and enforceability . If the agent reneges after you signed their agreement, even without their countersignature, it is still likely considered a breach of contract and potentially a breach of ethics."
