I was going to sell my property using this co. and using Rachel Van Doveren, as my sales person as she spent lots of time trying to convince me she was different than a lot of the incompetent, dishonest and lazy people I have encountered through the years in this business. I thought finally I had a good one although she doesn't have a clue as how to price a property and like most others wants you to sell low so they can get that quick commission and move on. So, as usual they want lots of money for very little work. They also want you to give them leads etc. etc. etc. money ,money , money it never ends! Anyway, she was either too lazy or too incompetent to proofread her own contract . After we got all the kinks ironed out I was looking it over preparing to sign and the very first thing I saw stuck out like a sore thumb..... there are 2 houses 2 storage, and a well house on the property that I am selling and she only had one house listed on the contract. That right there is a huge problem in my opinion. She won't even apologize or give a reason. Apparently it's no big deal to her. All she is worried about is that huge commission..... which she will never see! Way too many people in this industry who have no buisness being in it in my opinion Wow! In reference to your reply what a crock! Rachel not only discussed this I don't know how many times but also went to the property twice. Including Sunday morning when she sent me a video clearly detailing both homes. It is also clear on the tax roll that there are 2 homes +on the property. When I told her I found a mistake on the contract she acted like it was a common thing and didn't even want to look. She asked me to tell her what's wrong. Looks like you're trying to be the bully now fellow. I will not tolerate dishonesty and bullying from anyone and you might have over 1000 good reviews but you have plenty of bad ones too! . Next time why don't both of you accept responsibility for your mistakes instead of trying to act like it's not. Of course I don't know why I would expect y'all to do that. DO NOT USE THIS REAL ESTATE place or any Keller Williams Office in the USA!! PLEASE READ!!!!! I have an EXTREMELY DISTURBING STORY about Byrne Real Estate Group/Keller Williams. I live in another state and have very confidential real estate home investments in Texas. My child is a minor (16/17) and has a High School only email that they use for High School use only for school communications or SAT signup/scores. Back in spring 2020, my daughter received an unsolicited email from Lesley Estes at the Byrne Real Estate agency 512-942-788* asking her if she wanted to sell her properties in Austin (but was addressed with my first name!). I am absolutely appalled by this. This immoral agency hired some shady marketing firm to not only ILLEGALLY attain her private "High School only" email address and then send her an email addressed to me, but Keller Williams also cold calls people ILLEGALLY! My investments are extremely confidential and now this is known by family members I did not wish to know about these homes. I have NEVER done business with any Keller Williams office either, but the past 5 years I have received over 100 cold calls, starting at 6 a.m. west coast time, from Keller Williams agents in Austin. I warned them repeatedly to immediately stop calling me as this was illegal and I have ALWAYS been on the National DO NOT CALL list. I really wish I could sue Lesley Estes and Keller Williams/Byrne Real Estate for this outrageous and disgusting email and marketing. The only way they could have attained her email I believe was to pay-off the College Board who is in charge of the SAT to get their email list, same College Board who has illegally sold my daughter's email, her full name, and my name to college student loan companies. If any Keller Williams office in the USA calls me again, I will sue in court for the maximum amount for violating the DO NOT CALL list! DO NOT EVER USE ANY KELLER WILLIAMS AGENT!!!!!!
