Sadly, I chose this place based on the reviews. I asked her to do classic deluxe which I never heard of but I get classic lashes . The burning throughout the entire procedure caused such pain and my eyes to tear through the entire time. That has never happened in my 5 years of lashes. The pain was unbearable but I pushed through. She later explained to me she places extensions under the lashes rather than on top as most lash people. And she shared that people who visit her complain of irritation. She never said that at beginning My lashes looked horrible, they looked plastic and very stiff. They felt uncomfortable for at least 3 days. I noticed when I went home there were clumps of many extensions attached to 1 lash and so messy with so much glue that I was never able to comb them as I do daily. Many of my lashes were folded and glued onto other clumps . The worst experience in my life. I went back to my original lady and told me there were definitely NOT classic and damaged a few of my lashes . Please do your research. I don't know how they have such good reviews. Looked like my 10 year old did my extensions

It's funny because it had been years since I last got my nails done, but after experiencing the amazing service and seeing how much I loved my set, I knew I had to become a returning client. House of Glam offers a variety of beauty services like lash and hair extensions, but I personally come here specifically for a builder gel manicure with Bambii. She is literally the sweetest soul--kind, welcoming, and incredibly talented. She works quickly but thoughtfully, and her work always comes out beautiful. I love her energy and personality, and I truly appreciate the care and attention she puts into every set she does. The builder gel manicures have honestly helped my natural nails grow so much, which I absolutely love! Her little office space is small but cozy, and she does everything she can to make sure you're comfortable during your appointment and completely happy with your results. The salon itself is also super cute and well organized. I especially love the flowers on the ceiling in the hallway and it's such an aesthetically pleasing touch. It's the small pink shop right next to the Tokyo Aquarium, so it's pretty easy to spot. I love seeing someone so passionate about what they do and truly dedicated to their craft. That's when I thought it was time to go to an expert. I just got a regular polish manicure and they did a great job, it lasted me about a month. They were really gentle with my nails and they were so sweet. I enjoyed talking to them and they took their time getting to know me as well. It took less than an hour - which I love and especially because I came after work. This place is on the smaller side, but they work with what they got.
