Extremely disappointing experience. I had two lash applications within one month because the retention was very poor both times. The lashes began significantly falling out within days, and I reached out early to communicate the issue. Instead of focusing on the actual concern, the conversation repeatedly shifted toward internal scheduling policies and timeline technicalities. What made the experience especially frustrating was the amount of back-and-forth required just to address lashes that were not lasting properly in the first place. I work full-time in a hospital and do not have the flexibility to repeatedly rearrange my schedule for corrective appointments every few days. The communication throughout the process felt defensive and overly focused on policy language rather than the actual customer experience. Even after clearly explaining that the lashes started falling out within roughly four days, I found myself repeatedly debating dates, "retention windows," and scheduling categories instead of receiving meaningful acknowledgment that the service itself may not have held up appropriately. After looking through other reviews, it also appears I am not the only customer who has experienced concerns related to retention and customer service. At the end of the day, I simply no longer trust the quality or consistency of the applications here, and I will not be returning. read more

They have a lot, which is a huge plus especially in Ktown. 3. The space is very clean and comfortable.
