They quite literally take my money every two weeks :') The ladies here are always quick, efficient, and really know how to work with Asian eyes to create a look that's very natural but still sultry. Your lashes but better. I usually go for the natural set, but if you have an event coming up or want something with a little more "loud", definitely go wispy! They also offer lash lifts, which I haven't tried yet but am really curious about. Overall, this place is 100% always worth the drive to Ktown, and I'll happily keep making the trip, and will grab some matcha on the way home. One tip is that it's a bit hard to find, you'll have to park in the plaza, find the convenience store that sells randon snacks from around the world, then head up the stairs, down the hallway to the right and that's where Love Lash is at. read more

I booked a last-minute appointment today, and everything was confirmed through text, so I made the trip and arrived as scheduled. Upon arrival, there seemed to be some confusion about my appointment, including whether I had made a deposit. I explained that I was never asked to provide one, and they still proceeded with my appointment. Before starting, I clearly explained that I wanted a natural-looking set. The technician seemed to understand what I was looking for, and she even showed me a reference photo that matched the look I wanted. I agreed to it, expecting the final result to be similar. Unfortunately, what I received looked nothing like the reference we discussed. I honestly wish I had taken a picture of the reference photo so I could show the comparison. Another issue was the communication during the appointment. Eileen was the technician who initially started my lashes, but I ended up with a different technician for the remainder of the service. I was never informed that the technician was being changed, and the technician who finished my appointment seemed unaware of what had already been discussed or what look I had requested. I also specifically paid extra for a wispy style. When I asked the second technician whether my lashes were wispy, she initially told me no because they didn't look like wispy lashes. After checking her phone, she then corrected herself and said that they were, in fact, wispy. This inconsistency left me questioning the communication and transparency of the service. Overall, I regret coming here. I paid for a specific service and look, communicated my expectations clearly, and unfortunately did not receive what I was expecting. I had my lashes done at Love Lash on August 14. At the time, I was told that the longest length they carried was 15 and that the softest curl available was a C curl. The lashes turned out okay, although they were not exactly what I originally wanted. Two weeks later, I received a text message from Love Lash at 8:44 PM asking if I wanted to book an appointment for my two-week fill. I said yes, but specifically asked whether they now had longer lengths and a J curl. I was told that they did, so I booked an appointment for the following day at 5:00 PM. Before my appointment, I asked how much a two-week fill would cost. The representative told me she didn't know and would get back to me. The following day, I received a screenshot of their lash menu and pricing. The problem? Their posted menu only lists pricing for a THREE-WEEK fill -- there is no two-week fill price listed. I was then told that my two-week fill would cost $110, which is the price listed for a three-week fill. I questioned this because I was specifically contacted by the business to schedule a two-week fill, and I was coming in after exactly 14 days with less lash loss than someone coming in at three weeks. Instead of simply clarifying the pricing or honoring what their own message indicated, I was given multiple explanations about why they considered it a three-week fill. I pointed out that today was exactly 14 days from my August 14 appointment (and the appointment itself would have been on day 15), and I also showed them the text message they sent me at 8:44 PM specifically asking me to schedule my two-week fill for the following day. That still wasn't enough for them to reconsider the price. This was extremely frustrating because the business initiated the contact and referred to the appointment as a two-week fill, yet when it came time to discuss the price, they wanted to charge the three-week rate. If your menu doesn't list a two-week fill price, that should be clearly communicated BEFORE the customer books the appointment -- not after the customer has already made plans based on the business's own message. For me, this comes down to good-faith business practices and customer service. If you send a customer a message at 8:44 PM asking them to schedule their two-week fill for the next day, the pricing should be clear and consistent with what you're asking them to book. Changing the interpretation of the service afterward left me feeling like the business was more interested in collecting the higher fee than in resolving a very simple pricing issue. I also noticed that they do not appear to have lash shampoo available to properly cleanse the lashes immediately before applying extensions. Proper cleansing and hygiene are important with lash extensions, so this was another concern for me. The quality of the lashes was mediocre in my experience, and after this interaction with the business, I will not be returning. There are plenty of lash artists and salons that provide better communication, clearer pricing, and better customer service. My recommendation: ask very specific questions about the price of your fill and get the exact service and price confirmed in writing before booking. For that price, this level of quality is unacceptable. about two years ago, I had my lashes done here after being referred by someone I met at the mall, and I loved the results so much that I even recommended the salon to a friend. Since I got busy with school, I stopped getting lash extensions for a while. Recently, I decided to come back, and unfortunately, it was a completely different experience. I also noticed that many reviews mention receiving a $20 discount in exchange for leaving a review. That makes me question how accurately the online ratings reflect customers' genuine experiences. During both of my appointments, I asked Eileen to move the fan away from my ear because the cold air was blowing directly on me and made me feel sick after my first visit. Despite my request, the same thing happened again. Another uncomfortable experience was at checkout. While I was still trying to complete my payment, I was repeatedly asked about leaving a tip. I had planned to tip in cash, but the pressure made the interaction feel awkward and uncomfortable. To make matters worse, I specifically requested 13 mm tapering to 12 mm lashes. Afterward, I had another lash technician look at my set, and they told me I had 16 mm lashes instead. I still drive an hour to get to Love Lash, and I can honestly say it's worth every minute. Communication from this company is awful. I made an appointment and even paid the $50 deposit the day it was requested. I showed up for my appointment and learned that they gave up my spot simple because I didn't text back saying the payment was made. They should be able to see that I made the payment on their end, so I felt another text was redundant. Once I returned home, I received a text saying that they would like to offer me a complimentary session but I feel it came too late.
