The place can't even be show due to broken window. Months before tenant move out, I asked that no utilities bill come from security deposit. They need to send notice to have the tenant pay the bills. However nothing was done. Of course there was no detail on how the security deposit was used. They just said it's all used up to pay for utilities and damage so they don't want to manage it anymore. So I am left with over $500 to clean the place, remove junk left by the tenant, and lost over 1 month worth of rent. Unprofessional, irresponsible, lack of communication and no respond to inquires.

I had to blow her up on Facebook messenger, on Truila, and here on Zillow. I never once got a message back from her except when i first initially wanted the property and she said the renter was turning keys over 9/27/2023 at 3pm (red flag 1: why list it for rent if the people are not out, red flag two: she said she could not keep up with the messages, red flag 3: communication with her was horrible) and i asked about application and how i could fill one out asap as i gave notice to my rental already and need to be out by 10/15/2023, no response. messaged her a few days before and after that still no response. facebook ad gets taken down, i ask if it was rented and if it was water/sewer incuded, no response. i email her, no response. i called her 4 times, no response. message her on zillow 7 times, no response. well my neighbors sees the ad today (9/29/23) suggest it to me, i said "thats the place im after! its next to my daughter school and in my budget as i make 3x $1800! its perfect! i even met the nice neighbors! im kind of concerned about the rat issue though. and the neighbors told me W/S included!" well lucky enough my neighbor is looking for a place too and messages her. NOT EVEN 10 MINTUES LATER, SHE INVITES HIM TO GO SEE THE PLACE SUNDAY. are you kidding me????? and good luck calling the battle ground coldwell office, they dont answer either. I have a 775 credit score, no debt, no collections, no judgements against me, i have been in notary/process serving for 5 years, i have 5 years of great rental reference and i have my neighbors as reference and even my current landlord because she loves me, no criminal background. all around a awesome tenant to rent to and nothing stopping me from renting anywhere. my kids are not loud or destructive. when i buy a house next year, i know what company not to go through.

Owner Review: Shady Tactics, Misleading Auto-Renewals, and Broken Promises…read more I am writing this from the perspective of a property owner to warn others about the poor experience I had with TMG. While they have a very convincing sales team that promises a "partnership" where you as the owner are able to be hands-off while your home is well-cared for, the reality is quite different. They don't follow through with what they promise from a property management perspective and use predatory contracts with high early termination fees that are designed to lock you in, regardless of your property rental goals. Property Owners, beware: Maintenance Neglect: While the maintenance crew does decent work, getting them to actually come out to your property is a struggle. While living abroad, it took my manager, Elijah B., 60 days to tell me he couldn't turn on my Wi-Fi-enabled sprinkler system because it was "too difficult." By then, my lawn was already damaged. Even when I offered to pay the hourly maintenance rate to fix it, he couldn't coordinate it. I had to hire an outside contractor myself. Poor Inspections: They charge 10% of the rent but offer very little oversight. During the mid-year inspection, they failed to notice, follow-up on, or replace a filthy air filter that I had pre-arranged and provided a replacement filter for free. More importantly, they missed the fact that the tenants had repainted multiple rooms. Because they didn't compare old photos with new ones - as a result, we "missed the window" to charge the tenants for the unauthorized painting on one of the rooms. High turnover and shuffling between different account mangers: I was constantly passed around between new property managers, accountants, and business development reps. No one talked to each other, which resulted in more work for me and more damage to my home. My second manager, Heather K., gave me several contradictory statements regarding basic tasks like scheduling AC maintenance. Predatory Billing: Despite telling the sales team from the start that I was only going to be renting my property for a year, they "didn't have this in their notes" and charged me a $1,700 early termination fee. When I pushed back, their response was essentially: "You signed the contract and didn't read the fine print; pay us or go to collections." The "partnership" the sales team promised vanished the moment there was a billing dispute. I even reached out to the President, Carmen Villarma, and the COO to ask if this is truly how they want to do business. They didn't even bother to respond. The Bottom Line: My opinion is TMG spends a lot on Ads to appear first in your search, but that money comes directly out of the pockets of the owners they neglect. Save yourself the stress and the money--find a company that actually values your property. There are tons of property managers you can google that are actually going to give your property attention and dont rely on charging you thousands of dollars when they fail to renew a client.

After months of this and asking for some sort of change, we asked our co-signers to get involved to which us tenants received an incredibly condescending response asking us if we would rather have contact go though the co-signers. I would like to add that this comment was made because we were four young girls and felt quite sexist to all involved as well as the co-signers. However for context our group included a civil engineer, a neuroscientist, and two biology students studying medicine. To further add to this, the management company never gave our mailman a key to our mailbox... in Portland where our packages were often stolen. While the other tenants and I liked our living space, this company was unable to provide functional basics like trash and mail.

I think the Apartments visitor parking spaces should have time limits to how long someone can park there before they have to move and have to wait an amount of time to park there again. Some residents park their cars and never move them from the visitor spaces which makes it hard on others. Signs should be put up saying, 24 hour parking only then move or subject to tow reguardless of tenant or not. Your rent don't cover visitor spaces. You only get 1 free space with your apartment included in your rent. So visitor spaces can be towed. Other than the parking issues, this is a great place to live.
