He is especially good at working with young children. My favorite thing about KOTOX, however, is the Family classes. I was shocked when Aaron Williams, owner of OC Gymnastics, made another poor decision. A call was placed to our house by the gym, after my review, informing us that our daughter would have been allowed to attend Friday gym sessions had I not written my less than glowing review of OC Gymnastics; however now she was uninvited! What responsible business BULLIES a child and her family?!? I highly encourage you all to please take your business elsewhere. Do not let local businesses take legitimate complaints against their business practices out on our children. I was injured in Glenn's class by a mistake of another student, Glenn had plenty of private and in class sessions with me, where I trained with him directly and with another instructor. During my experience with Glenn after injury, he searched my property and belongings while I was training, he insulted me, and he overcharged me for products. Not only did Glenn break the law, he also changed his narrative when I inquired about insurance for the injury I endured. Glenn initially encouraged my training and complimented me, he met my family and grandfather who saw us training together, as soon as I inquired about other insurance information/injury liability issues, Glenn decided to call me mental. My parents found out about this and encouraged me to sue him. Glenn also agreed to forward information to the founders of Systema that I had preorganized as a courtesy to them. He lied and kept it for himself. Glenn also searched through my phone while asking me to face the wall and do an exercise, I turned around and caught him browsing my phone. The qualifying pistols supplied by Mark jammed about every 4th round. The "range" is his dirty, cobweb filled workshop. As the day ground on people started to talk about how long this was taking, but overall kept themselves . Once we finally got to the test Mark thought this was a good time to preach the gospel. I told him I wasn't there for religion which angered him quite a bit. He told me it was his house and not to tell him what to do nor how to run the course. He finally gave up and administered the test. After the test he lit into me again. He said I angered him and could have walked out. I let him know I just needed my paperwork and I would happily leave. I told him I respected his beliefs but this was not the time or place. While it is his his house, I paid to be there and it was a business. He also tried to dress down others for complaining about how long the class took. Very unprofessional. If this is your thing then this is the place for you. BTW his website had the cost of the course at $100. My card was charged $125. I mentioned it in an email with no response.
