I have been working with her for over a year. Her knowledge and enthusiasm communicated through out her workouts is the best I have experienced. Her company, Rapid Results is aptly named. Kettlebell workouts and stretching she incorporates has quickly increased my strength, balance and flexibility. She is fun loving, compassionate, and always teaching, teaching, teaching. She explains everything, she knows tons about not just technique but how and where it affects and strengthens. I like that I can work out at her place or via Zoom, she pays attention and helps all. I feel like a "there" participant. She customizes workouts weekly so we may be doing classic moves but are always learning something new which keeps the class interesting. You can work at your own speed and weight, no pressure except she will push you if she thinks you are lame ducking it, I believe is positive. The owner, Daniel, was professional and helpful. I worked out with the community 4x. This included one 5:30pm, 2 5:30am and one partner WOD. It was a great way to stay on track. The gym is spacious, the equipment organized and clean. The coaches were excellent. There is a shower with towels as well towels for the million burpees we did that week!!!! You know that nervous feeling you get during the partner work out? Not a problem here! My partner was accommodating and supportive of the "Old Man".
