They're very good at introducing new folks to martial arts and work with you to set a pace depending on your schedule and abilities. They specialize in judo, which is hard to find around here, but also do a great job teaching jujitsu, wing-chung kung fu, and karate as well. There's a great, fun, and very dedicated community here who are wonderful to work with whether you want to compete in tournaments or just learn/exercise. Their pricing is very reasonable and doesn't lock you into any sort of contract for a number of months, and they let you try out the first couple of classes free. They teach both adults and kids, and they have a location out in Burlington as well.

The summer was filled with activities and Martial Arts classes and while that is fun that is not the part that has me singing the praises of this summer camp; it is the discipline and focus that has me thrilled. My grandson is ADHD and has had a very difficult time focusing in the past. This summer I noticed a marked progress in his focus and self-control. I asked my son this morning if they had changed his medicine and he said, "Pop he hasn't taken medicine since the summer started because it went up over $300 + and I could not afford it but you know he is more focused and has acted better this summer than he ever did when he was on the medicine."
