The place itself is inside a larger building and in a nice location, close enough to the highway but off the beaten path enough to not be crazy packed with traffic. Sign up was easy and convenient online. Come prepared in tighter fitting (but comfortable!) clothing that covers your underarms and legs (to prevent burning!) and minimal or no jewelry. You definitely don't want to risk getting it hung on the silks! Oh and definitely bring some water. You're guaranteed to be a little (or a lot!) sore the next day. Jamie was our instructor and she was phenomenal! She was so fun, patient, and encouraging. As a first timer, this was very intimidating but Jamie made us feel like pros! The class starts with foundational elements: stretches, a warm up, then basics on the silks apparatus such as foot wrapping and pulling yourself up. We gradually introduced more shapes and the foot knot. The class flew by and was so much fun! It's truly an addicting workout/art form and Jamie's skills were so impressive. I can't wait to go back! Definitely check this place out and have a unique experience with friends, your partner, or fly solo!

They specialize in judo, which is hard to find around here, but also do a great job teaching jujitsu, wing-chung kung fu, and karate as well. There's a great, fun, and very dedicated community here who are wonderful to work with whether you want to compete in tournaments or just learn/exercise. Their pricing is very reasonable and doesn't lock you into any sort of contract for a number of months, and they let you try out the first couple of classes free. But nonetheless, once Abby was done she gave us a tour. She went over the entire layout of the gym and explained classes and how the 21 day trial works. Of course, she explained that the prices that were currently going were only for that day and advised us that they could go up once trial is over. Abby gave great customer service and the quality of time she spent answering our questions was worth the wait. We attended a Zumba class with Necole. The class size was small enough that I could see the instructor. Necole was an amazing instructor. She was encouraging but not pushy. You could tell she truly loves to engage her class. There were moments of laughter and opportunities for water breaks. Cuz boy, did I need a few of those! Overall this was a great gym experience and I look forward to making my physical health a priority if the membership rates are what I need them to be when I finish the trial.

The curriculum is well-structured and age-appropriate. Daily communication kept us informed about our kids' activities and development. We also loved the constant stream of photos we received through their app; it helped us put faces to the names of our children's friends and sparked conversations at dinnertime. The facilities are clean, safe, and well-maintained with great outdoor play areas. As working parents, we appreciated the reliability and peace of mind that come with quality childcare. The staff treated our children with genuine care and helped create a positive foundation for their future learning.
